Sit outside, fish off our dock, take out the kayaks, or just walk steps across the street to the beach!We are mandated to a minimum 7 night stay.If you have a boat, you can dock it right outside the house! Private neighborhood boat ramp access six houses to the left. Room for boat trailer in our driveway. Our dock can accommodate a boat with a 9ft beam, 26ft LOA.In addition we have room for 2 vehicles in addition to the trailer.Set off in your own boat and you are 1/4 mile from fishing in the grass flats, 20 mins from the north tip of Anna Maria Island (Bean Point) and from there, 3 miles to the first reef.We have several ocean kayaks for your enjoyment. Launch from our dock and see the manatees right outside. Our neighborhood, has a private boat ramp about six houses to the right of the water view.We live in nearby Tampa, Florida and we are happy to make sure you enjoy our piece of paradise as much as we do.
