The four seat kitchen table is the perfect place to have your first cup of coffee in the morning. The LIVING ROOM/DINING ROOM is open and inviting with a leather sectional sofa and flat screen smart TV with X Box One Console & Controller, and DVD player. Bring your own X Box One games or rent from RedBox in the Village. The living room has a wood gas fireplace. The large coffee table is the perfect place to play board games or to work on a puzzle. The dining table seats 10 and is situated next to a wall of windows looking out to the picturesque backyard filled with pines, boulders, and a basketball court. The double french doors open onto a large deck with a propane BBQ and patio furniture (dining and lounging). Our house has a smart ELAN HOME automation control/ surround System controlled from keypads through the whole house where you can enjoy your favorite music through in any bedroom and bathroom. The house has a beautiful barn wood rustic touches, a gas fireplace and a private jacuzzi to relax after a day of ski at our own village ski resort, which is only within 7 min driving distance.Our favorite room is our back patio, it is our favorite part of our house with a smart TV, a dining table (with a heater over the table for cold nights) and a jacuzzi to entertain our guests or have a relaxing time with our family, watching a football game and have so much fun.We love our surround system and our bathroom heated floors controlled each from a separate thermostat.This was our primary residence for many years and have many great memories. The other one has a Gas Fireplace, Large sofa, chairs & Flat Screen HD T.V., DVD player, VHS Player & VHS tapes. There are 3 decks, one large one with the hot tub, one off the Kitchen & Master Bedroom with a view of the Forest Preserve behind, and at the front of the house a huge 24 x24 deck with a view of the mountains & at sometimes of the year a peek of the lake. We call this our 'outdoor' living room. It has 2 love seat & 4 big chairs, an a large table and chairs. Our gourmet kitchen is a joy to work in with granite counter tops and lots of space, stainless appliances, including a 5 burner cook top, double oven, wine cooler, microwave and French door refrigerator. The kitchen is outfitted with just about everything you will ever need during your stay.The lay out of the house is as follows: The Upstairs has a King Master Bedroom with a Gas Fireplace & Granite Bathroom. Also Upstairs is a Double Bedroom & Queen Bedroom sharing a Granite Bathroom. Downstairs there is a Master Bedroom with a king bed and Granite Bathroom. Our home gives everyone privacy and space. We are 1.2 miles from the lake, approximately 1.5 miles from the Hyatt, Chateau, & Championship Golf Course. 3 miles to diamond peak ski area, 5 miles to Crystal Bay Casinos.
