My place is located a short distance from the Heavenly Ski Resort Boulder and Stage Coach Lodges. There are many hiking and biking trails nearby including the amazing Tahoe Rim Trail https://tahoerimtrail.org/maps-trail-info/. The condo has a fireplace, a private deck with views of Carson Valley and Tahoe Basin, a gas grill, a 4 person hot tub, 3 bedrooms (Cal King, King, and Queen Beds), two bathrooms, high-speed WiFi, and FireStick TVs. PIne Cone Lodge is a 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house located at the bottom of Kingsbury Grade, South Lake Tahoe, providing a prime location to guests year round. Sleeps 6.The spaceThis home features an open floor plan. Ideal for you and your guests to relax after a long day enjoying all the wonderful outdoor activities Tahoe has to offer.The Living Room has a cozy gas fireplace and a large Smart flat screen TV, with Netflix, Hulu etc. (but please use your own login details).The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, cutlery etc. to whip up a nice home cooked meal, and the dining room table comfortably seats 8.Enjoy the large fenced backyard in the summer time, that has a BBQ and outdoor furnitureThere are 3 bedrooms (1 king bed, and 2 queen beds), 2 bathrooms (one with a tub/shower combo and the master has only a shower).There is a parking for 3 vehicles in the driveway.Heavenly Mountain and the Lake are less than 10 minutes away. Edgewood golf course is within walking distance. Zephyr Cove tennis club is a ten minute drive and open to the public for a minimal fee. There’s also horseback riding at Zephyr Cove stables, and great hiking and biking trails almost out the back door. Beaches are close by too. Great restaurants and entertainment within 5 minutes from house. Grocery stores and shopping close by.Guest accessEntire house is for guests.There is a keyless entry pad for easy access - Door code will be sent to you the morning of your check in.Other things to note- strictly a “NO SMOKING” house - There will be $250 charge if any evidence of smoke / cigarette butts are found in the unit.- strictly “NO PETS”- strictly “NO EVENTS OR PARTIES”- strictly only # of guests the permit allows, to spend the night- strictly “QUIET HOURS” between 10pm and 8am- we supply a “start up” kit of toilet paper, paper towels, sponges, etc, you are required to purchase more for the rest of your stay. There is a Safeway and Riley’s within a mile of the house.- as we live in the mountains, we do get lots of critters, bugs, bats, bears, so we ask our guests to please close screens on doors/windows that are open, and do not leave doors without screens open. “Heavenly Villa” is a cute little 1 bed/2 bath condo, in South Lake Tahoe, (Kingsbury) - sleeps 4, (queen bed, 1 full, 1 twin ) - the bunk room is a “walk thru” room to get to the Master bedroom, therefore more ideal for a family with children (Full bed on bottom/twin on top bunks), close to Heavenly Mountains, Boulder & Stagecoach Lodges, for the best skiing in the winter and awesome hiking/biking trails in the summer. There is the Heavenly shuttle that drop off at lodges and the BlueGo bus service. The condo is a short 10 minute drive down into the Heavenly Village, casinos, beaches, restaurants and grocery stores. There is a local Mini-Mart and Fox & Hound Sports Bar and community pool and hottub within walking distance.The hottub and pool are operated by the Tahoe Village Association, and you are welcome to use them. (Unfortunately we have no control over hours of operation and/or if anything is not working).
