"Excellent Hotel, Would stay again. Rooms are big, Bed comfortable, Nice Pool outside. Hotel Shuttle is on Request but saves on a Taxi fare so is worth asking for it. Restaurant is ok quite expensive. The elevators are slow and there are only two is my only complaint but overall a good hotel right next to the airport."

"We landed really late around midnight in Phoenix and had our next flight at 7:30am. So we decided to book a hotel to be able to shower and sleep comfortably for a few hours. The location for this hotel is just perfect. you can take a really short ride with the sky train to 44th. At the station you head across the road via a covered and beautifully lit bridge and then you reach the station for the regular metro where you literally have to cross just one lane of a road and the hotel is right there. We preferred this option so late a t night because we were very exhausted and tired and didn’t want to wait around for their shuttle bus, which I believe runs every 30mins. We were greeted very friendly by the front desk supervisor and check in was a breeze. We had a nice room on the fifth floor, it was quiet, clean and had more amenities than we really needed. After a hot shower we found a few hours of good rest in a very comfortable bed. In the morning, checkout was just as easy and the shuttle bus was right there and drove us straight to our terminal. Again the driver was super friendly and helpful. If we had an overlay in Phoenix again, we would pick this hotel again and recommend it to anyone in the aame situation."

"別去別去別去這個根本就不是四星級酒店是三星級在谷歌地圖上查的是三星級，然後然後***免費早餐居然喝杯飲料還要多收我5美金太噁心了，然後房間很小去住更高級的酒店吧，別人別花這麼多錢住垃圾酒店。 就是住過的這個價位最垃圾的酒店，這個屬於是中低端的希爾頓"

"在鳳凰城市中心吧，周圍環境還不錯，設施什麼的也不錯。因計劃改變需要提前一天checkout，我在免費取消日前跟攜程溝通幾次，都沒有成功，攜程好像也是通過另外渠道訂的，沒什麼話語權。check in的時候嘗試跟前台溝通，那位服務員態度不怎麼樣，冷冰冰地拒絕了。"

"Great hotel near the airport, right off the freeway, and about a 5-10 minute drive to an area with lots of food options and stores. The staff were friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived until we checked out. There's also a pretty cool area in the middle with a pool and hot tub, as well as a big chess and connect for game and ample seating."

"I loved this hotel it’s in a great location in Arizona I felt safe with my kids the rooms and hotel are very nice and clean I have no complaints to be honest I booked here twice and if I’m ever in Phoenix again I’ll probably rebook this hotel I think the only thing it’s missing is a microwave"
