Massanutten is a beautiful area. It is a mountain, with trees, and pollen, and bugs and lots of wild animals (including bears). Please keep this in mind and prepare appropriately.11. The parking area can comfortably fit 6 vehicles. The main part of the parking area has a brief, steep dip at the beginning but the rest is very level to the home, including an accessible incline to the walkway directly to the main entrance. The parking area includes the paved strip along the street as well.12. We offer a Platinum pool pass to our guests. You are able to take up to 8 guests staying at the home to the Stonewall Terrace Pool for MPOA (outdoor pool) off of Peak Drive for free! This pool is open typically from Memorial Day through the beginning of August, and remains open through Labor day if they have enough lifeguards. 13. During winter, please ensure all vehicles are equipped for unfavorable driving conditions. This includes snow chains. Massanutten does a great job of clearing the road to the house. We pretreat with ice melt, plow the driveway and shovel to the main door. Winter on a mountain can have unexpected storms of various intensity. You can also park at the top of the driveway and walk down to the home when conditions are not favorable. The main level features a large living room with a comfortable sectional couch, electric fireplace, 55” smart TV, kitchen, balcony with seating, large 10-seat dining table for family dinners and game nights, and 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, 43” smart TV, dresser, office desk, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom. Additional bedrooms include queen beds, dressers, and brand new 43” smart TVs.The lower level features 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, and a family room with a ping-pong table, 50” smart tv, dining table set, full-size washer/dryer, microwave, and giant bean bag. The garage features a pool table and an electric fireplace.There are 3 full bathrooms with shower/tub combos, one is in the primary bedroom and two are split between upstairs and downstairs common areas. Body towels, hand towels, bathmats, and hairdryers are provided.The patio is accessible from the family room on the lower level and comes complete with patio furniture for outdoor lounging, a gas grill, and a 4-person hot tub.There is plenty of parking in front of the house (2 cars), side patio driveway (4-5 cars), or even in the resort.
