Off Street Parking is available; unit is located in the heart of downtown with close views of beautiful buildings (especially nice at night when buildings are lit up with colors). You can rest comfortably knowing the property has perimeter video surveillance for the parking, driveway, and exterior doors. The kitchen is fully stocked with a dining room featuring a large dining table that can seat 10 people. There are two full bathroom that both feature a single vanity sink with a tub/shower combo. There are two living room area's that both feature seating areas and tv's. There is a covered patio facing the pool and beautiful view into the backyard. The front yard includes a nice wooded area great for the kids to play and in the backyard towards the water there is a huge grassy area.
