There are really no words that can express and describe our feelings. To put it in one word, it is dreamy. Every detail shows the wisdom and ingenuity of the hotel management team!

Très bel hôtel bobo mais pas guindé, dans un beau cadre tant qu’on est dans l’hôtel (face à la marina) mais dans une zone +/- industrielle mais safe. Parking à disposition payant (27$ la nuit). Une navette est disponible gratuitement toutes les heures pour vous emmener en ville (environ 15min en voiture). Chambre très propre et spacieuse avec balcon. 2 piscines et 3 restos dans l’hôtel. Serviettes à disposition pour la piscine. Personnel chaleureux

Fantastic stay. Levi at front desk was so accommodating. Showed me two available rooms and let me choose. Actually walked with me to the rooms. We weekend in the Keys every couple months,and it’s been a long time since we’ve encountered such friendly service. Kudos to Levi.  It was our first time staying at the Pier House. We will definitely be back. Thank You Pier House. We had a great time.

Melhor custo X benefício dos últimos tempos. Pensem num lugar agradável, limpo e no point de Key West. Valeu cada centavo. Só usamos carro pra ir numa praia mais distante, mas, fora isso, impossível usar o carro. Silencioso, cama deliciosa, totalmente reformado. Eles dão cortesias de bebidas e voucher de 30 dólares diários pra usar com comida e bebida. Surpreenderam a todo momento. Reservem de olhos fechados. Atenção: Estacionamento custa 35 dólares por noite. Mas se for pra hotel mais distante, vai gastar mais que isso pra ir e voltar de Uber, além de não ter a comodidade de estar na energia da ilha. Fui com esposa e filho, ou seja, não fui atrás de muvuca nem bagunça. Foi top!

Hotel had a great vibe, filled with plants and was very colorful in the lobby, a true feeling to the name, Havana cabana. The pool was the best part, so clean and had inner tubes to float around and relax. Two complimentary drink passes during check in was a plus. Food was excellent for lunch and breakfast. We went as a family trip so the only downside was there weren't a lot of kids. At one point we thought it was ”adult only” but then towards the later afternoon we started to see more kids. Rooms were clean and service was good. Definitely will stay again.

Great location, beautiful and well kept facility, places to relax and places for kids to have fun. Restaurant on-site is fantastic and views from the marina are serine. Room was excellent and had more than expected. Close to restaurants, groceries and many other things.

I used to love this place but in this visit I saw the hotel hallways dirty and smelling. The beds were really uncomfortable, I suppose they are old because I felt the the springs when I laid down on the bed. The amenities are absolutely amazing, the pool was really clean and everything outside was in perfect condition. The food from the restaurant was delicious.

The Front desc team ruined absolutely my all experience. Starting from an agent that I ask for upgrade and gave us for a reasonable amount a •better* room. That ended being in front of construction rooms. Drilling loud noise all day from 9am to 5pm. Also we ask for another options to eat since it seems to have only 1 Mexican restaurant. The lady said that will open on Wednesday for sushi with reduce menu. I found out on Tuesday that restaurant it’s not open in September. Rooms were not so clean. Then at check out time I found out that I was missing something from my room and the way that was handled was terrible by FD manager. Making derogatory comments to an agent in front of us. And after, she got mad at my husband and came out of desk and started pushing him in front of other guest saying that he took a picture and saying other things even she said also in front of everyone SHUT THE F** UP. I won’t ever step on property managed for that people. Worst experience I ever had. I cannot understand how can people like that can work in hospitality: (

The hotel was great, clean and with all the necessary. The service at the restaurant was rather slow. The main remark relates to lack of clarity from Trip and the hotel on added costs: valet parking is ”mandatory” as the hotel doesn't allow guests to self park. This comes at a (hidden) cost of 50 usd per day plus taxes. The manager didn't mention this when we asked about the big deposit they were taking on our credit card. Unfortunate surprise contrasting with the wonderful time we had at the hotel.

Ein absoluter Traumurlaub im Southernmost Beach Resort! Wir hatten das Vergnügen, einige unvergessliche Tage im Southernmost Beach Resort in Key West zu verbringen – und es war einfach perfekt! Das Resort ist ein wahres Paradies: Die Lage direkt am Meer, die atemberaubenden Ausblicke und die stilvolle Anlage lassen keine Wünsche offen. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet, komfortabel und extrem sauber. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an willkommen und umsorgt. Ein besonderes Highlight war der außergewöhnliche Service von Alan und seinem fantastischen Team. Sie haben wirklich alles dafür getan, unseren Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Ob es um individuelle Wünsche, wertvolle Insider-Tipps für Key West oder einfach nur freundliche Gespräche ging – Alan und sein Team waren immer mit einem Lächeln und größter Professionalität zur Stelle. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Aufmerksamkeit fürs Detail: Von der perfekten Organisation bis hin zu kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten, die den Unterschied machen – der Service war einfach erstklassig. Man merkt, dass Alan und sein Team mit Herz und Leidenschaft dabei sind, und das spiegelt sich in der gesamten Atmosphäre des Resorts wider. Wir können das Southernmost Beach Resort wärmstens empfehlen – nicht nur wegen der traumhaften Lage und der luxuriösen Ausstattung, sondern vor allem wegen des außergewöhnlichen Service, der jeden Aufenthalt zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis macht.
