"This was the third stay over a 10 year time span. Every stay the hotel has been friendly, and clean. This time was no different. However, to my surprise there was an added parking fee of $29 per night. This caught me as odd since our previous stays had not charged for this convenience. Going from free to $29 seemed rather obnoxious. The person at checkin pointed out the small print in the reservation that stated the upcharge for parking. I have to admit I didn’t even look for that as I hadn’t been charged for parking the previous stays. Lesson learned."

"酒店在downtown，沒有自己的停車場，但對面雪鐵龍加油站旁的寫字樓下有public parking，大概一晚上35刀。距離酒店步行5分鐘，過個十字路口轉角到。 房間較小，一張床兩個牀頭櫃，加一個衞生間，非常compact。衞生間的洗手液很好聞。 前台服務不錯，因為睡眠較淺，協商能否換背靠馬路的房間，也欣然幫忙。 距離酒店10分鐘走路有一家墨西哥菜，Lechon，值得推薦。推薦其中的mushroom，grilled Ribs也不錯。"

"Everything was good except no pool. It said it had a pool online but actually there isn't one. Parking is also across the street, which is kind of annoying. Everything else was great. Close to OMSI."

"美國之行的少有的一個令我們都很滿意的酒店. 酒店比較新, 裝修也符合我們的口味, 服務也不錯, 位於波特蘭市中心, 周圍出行吃飯, 逛街非常方便. 過馬路就是當地的pioneer廣場. 酒店的停車場很貴 一晚要50多 我們後來就找了一家馬路對過的停車場, 一般價格. 如果有機會再去, 這家肯定是我的不二之選."

"Hotel Lucia is in a part of downtown that is somewhat quieter than the usual fanfare and yet close enough to the good eateries. It’s just about ten minutes away by walk to the Old Town, and five minutes walk from the Pioneer Square. Many bus as team lines run in this area for you to get out of town. My only suggestion is to have hot water served at the lobby drinks table throughout the day. And also I would have liked a pair of slippers too."

"I am writing to formally express my serious concern and disappointment regarding the handling of my personal belongings left in the refrigerator during my recent stay at your hotel. We stayed at Hilton Portland Downtown from December 23 to December 24, occupying Rooms 416 and 417. Upon checkout, a full box of prescription medications was accidentally left inside the refrigerator in one of the rooms. I want to be very clear about the nature of these items: The box was full and intact It contained injectable prescription medications, clearly medical in nature The medications were stored inside the refrigerator, not left out in the room These items were obviously not trash and are easy to identify as medical supplies Given these facts, I find it extremely concerning and unacceptable that: The items were apparently discarded or mishandled, and No attempt was made to contact me to confirm whether these medically critical items should be kept. At a minimum, I would expect hotel staff to recognize that refrigerated injectable medications are not garbage, and that such items require verification with the guest before disposal. The failure to do so reflects a serious lack of care and responsibility, especially considering the medical importance of these medications. These medications are essential for managing chronic health conditions, and their loss has caused significant distress and inconvenience. This situation could and should have been avoided with a simple phone call."

"房間乾淨衞生，辦理入住很快，機場酒店大巴需要付費（一個人多少沒問）。去波特蘭參展，這個酒店很方便，性價比高，走路快六七分鐘慢十分鐘左右即到展館，周邊有便利店 麥當勞，漢堡王和星巴克等，到機場也很近，打車二十幾分鍾三十幾美金，也可以做紅線輕軌（但紅線輕軌要維修到2024/3月後才能開，時間充足可以坐免費機場大巴（需要中轉一次）。波特蘭交通很方便。2023下半年政府出手安置了流浪漢和治理了城市，波特蘭煥然一新，感覺城市“活過來了”，更安全更舒適的感覺。辦理入住時會給早餐券，一樓早餐廳自己點餐，早餐券等於20美金抵扣券，超出部分需要自費，（不需要另外給小費，但茶和咖啡4美元，還有税金，所以需要先算下會不會點餐超出預算）🤣"

"전체적으로 매우 만족스러운 호텔입니다. 특별한 단점을 찾기 어려운 호텔이며, 대중교통이 잘 갖춰진 포틀랜드 안에서도 주요 노선이 지나는 곳에 위치해 있어서 이동이 편리했습니다. 다만, 위치가 좀 더 오피스 지역에 위치해있어 주요 관광지 도보 이동은 다소 먼 편입니다."
