Daytime: Park less than two hours next to the building in the Innes Street 2-hour lot. More than two hours park at the end of the alley at the Lee Street Parking Lot. Entry to the apartment is by door code at the rear of the Rufty Building through the doors marked "O.O. Rufty Climate Controlled Storage." Apartment 100 is the first door on the left. We will leave the lights on!* We must have time to clean, restock and do maintenance. Our cleaning staff needs the entire window of time as they clean and maintain multiple units downtown. If you occupy the space before it is cleaned, they will not clean around you. If they have to return because you have not moved out by 10AM, they will charge the equivalent of one night's stay. Please do not arrive early or leave late without one-week prior approval.Other things to note:No Smoking (inside or outside of our building)/No Pets 100% of the time. No exceptions.
