We are the only home in Sandpoint that has a Diamond Spa custom made stainless steel jacuzzi which (as you can see from the pictures) is sheltered from the elements under a fiberglass roof and can seat up to 8 people. Winter guests have described our jacuzzi as the perfect spot to unwind after a day on the slopes with beer and/or your wine in hand and stars above. The house and outdoor area by the jacuzzi has been wired for music throughout with a newly installed AV sound system that comes with XSMR and can be accessed your IOS devices as well to play your preferred playlists. Also, we have installed a brand new outdoor stainless steel gas grill and griddle adjacent to the jacuzzi, which is also depicted in the picture. So guests can now to choose to prepare their own meals inside or out. Our owners, Melissa and Brian Kramer, love managing this unique property and making sure that our guests experience is outstanding. This very spacious house and is packed with modern amenities, and is set up for executives who need to get some work done with high speed internet to facilitate Zoom calls and a high speed printer. If you want to stay in, the home has everything you’ll need for cooking at home, a smart TV, DVDs, books, games, crafts and a fire pit in the back yard and a covered, private back deck! The home is open, bright and clean with hardwood floors throughout the bedrooms, living room and dining room. Tile floors in kitchen and bathrooms. This house is well looked after and thoroughly cleaned between each and every guest.
