"I had request for a quiet zone room. But I got a room on the 2nd floor by the street which traffic started a lound noise since 4 am in the morning!!! Plus, every neighber rooms seems waking up since 5 am and so on. I only had 3 hours sleep here. Shuttle bus service to/from the SeaTac airport is a plus."

"We were late arrivals, so hurried to the restaurant for a snack. It was fabulous. The clam chowder was the best I have had, and my husband raved about the soup of the day. The warm bread was excellent, and our server was stellar. It was a lovely experience."

"The hotel is in a great location. It is clean, up to date, and convenient to travelers. The hotel has $62 valet parking, but because of its great location, you can also find street parking right next to the hotel. It is a walking distance to pretty much everything downtown, you can even walk to the Space Needle. Will come back again in the future."

"Great location by the waterfront and close to many restaurants. Walking distance to Pikes Place Place Market which is very cool. Get there early to avoid huge crowds.  The rooms are smaller than you may think. Pictures do not show how small the room really is but it was fine for a couple days when we spent most of the time in the city. Breakfast with unlimited specialty coffee drinks was great.  Would definitely recommend this for short visits or before a cruise."

"The best and most lowkey location if you wanna visit 90% of Seattle! Friendly and efficient check-in. Real cool lobby. I wish I had used it a little more. Didn't eat or drink there since I was meeting up friends for dinner around town. Several cafés in the area are worth treating yourself to. Checkout was the easiest process I've ever had. Rooms look a bit cyberpunk/capsule hotel adjacent, but you sleep well and have pretty much everything you need [unless you need a desk for work or something]. Some things to note: Lights are a bit tricky to dim since they cycle brightness. It would have been great to leave one light on and dim the rest with the power saving feature [also just to keep up the night curtain and lower the day curtain, so I'm not walking in a pitch black room after dinner]. Why not 5 stars all around? The shower door didn't/couldn't shut all the way, so I used the towels to mop up the wet bathroom floor. Asked at kiosk for extra towels... they never came. At least the floor dried up before I left. Maybe if I made my request using the iPad, it would have happened. This obstacle made my stay not as good as it could have been, but I made do [there are add'l restrooms on the basement level, fortunately]."

"Location is unbeatable - nearby Westlake Station (Exit A) of Link Light Rail, and Seattle Convention Centre. Walking distance to attractions (e.g., Pike Place Market, Space Needle) Very helpful & friendly staff: It was my first time to stay at a hotel with all staff (front desk, room service & other staff met in the hotel) are very warm and make me feel to be welcomed. minor comment: heating warm up the room automatically once a while but quite noisy."

"A delightful stay. Very clean, great service, restaurant on premises had delicious food. Only complaint is parking - but that is not their fault, street parking is difficult to find. They do have valet parking though."
