Welcome to Paradise Point where you’ll be surrounded by sweeping water views. The Potomac River is on one side of the house and Blake Creek is on the other. In the middle of these two bodies of water is a private beach where you can relax, swim, fish and explore. You’ll see diving ospreys and soaring eagles as you sip your morning coffee or explore the creek by kayak. Our house is great for families, children and well-mannered dogs. As the (unfiltered) pictures show, the sunsets are absolutely spectacular! The expansive yard has a fire pit with Adirondack chairs and plenty of room to set up the cornhole boards. Behind the garage you’ll find a screened-in room that is a perfect spot for a crab feast, playing darts or just hanging out. This room is a great for kids and teenagers to hang out at night while the adults enjoy the cozy house. The pier on the river, as well as the platform on the back creek are yours to use. The boat lift is not part of the rental but you can tie up to any of the other pilings. There is a 120 inch dining room table that can sit 12-14 with amazing views of the river. The family room includes a comfy sectional couch with 65 inch TV. The family room leads into the huge indoor, heated, salt water pool which will give your family and friends entertainment for hours any time of year. The pool starts around 4 feet in the shallow end and goes to 6 feet deep. The 6 person hot tub is located right outside the dining room/family room external door, making it easy to access with still great views of the Potomac.There are three bedrooms on the first floor, first the master with an en suite bathroom (two sinks, walk in shower and huge soaking tub), the master bedroom has a king bed, large TV, chaise lounge and desk for in case you need to work while you’re visiting, although we don’t recommend it! The second bedroom also has a king size bed, dresser and regular sized crib (we also have a pack n play available). The third bedroom has a queen bed and these two bedrooms share the hall bathroom. The river is mere steps from the house. There is a wide private beach for guests, this is our favorite area since it's so relaxing and peaceful. Kids will love finding shells and sea glass in between building sand castles and swimming in the water. The water is really nice, clear with a sandy bottom. Enjoy sunbathing, picnics, relaxing or fishing off the huge dock. There is also a fisherman's walk at the end of the dock perfect for avid fishers. The decking material, HDPE, is new and keeps lower temps for bare feet in the hot weather. There is an outdoor shower off the dock, another outdoor shower on the side of the house and a foot washing station next to the hot tub/back entrance. There is also an external door that leads right into the pool room so you don't have to go inside first.
