Great location in the heart of Southlake. stayed 1 night with lil daughter while she met her university friends, was able to walk to shopping and nearby restaurants. The balcony rooms are my favorite, but the staff here is 5 star through and through. Fitness center, restaurants, and other hotel amenities are world class, excellant place to stay.

Vi märkte på första morgonen efter att ha stannat på vårt kreditkort en avgift för 253 dollar, när jag ringde skrivbordet, jag blev behandlad som om jag ljög, prästen började fråga om vi hade ätit steak och lax, jag sa nej vi åt på Troys. Vi hade två drinkar på baren, men vi använde vårt kreditkort, inget avgiftsbelagd till vårt rum.Hon sa att en utredning skulle göras. Naturligtvis ringde hon senare och sa att det var ett serverfel. Jag skulle aldrig stanna här igen, kundservice är dålig och kvalitetsförbättring behövs.

Power went out during stay at this hotel. It would have been nice to have been notified in some way of this rather than being surprised to enter into a dark hallway and having to carry out luggages and bags down 4 flights of stairs. Would have been nice to have been comped for inconvenience. The room itself was nice and clean however.

Room was clean and a nice size, good size tv which is always a plus. Decent pool area and a good gym, location is great to get to near by attractions, has a nice lobby bar serving food and drinks until 11pm no co.plaints would definitely stay here again.

Check in and check out was very quick and smooth. The staff were very kind and friendly. Check in staff even offered me water and the check out staff was very helpful about the shuttle busses to airport. The room was very spacious and clean, with comfortable bed and pillows. I had a good night's sleep and it was a perfectly comfortable stay before my long trip back to Japan. I wish I had more time to explore their restaurants and facilities.

My daughter and I were traveling for a gymnastics competition. We were pleased with the location's proximity to the Fort Worth Convention Center and dining options. The room and hotel were pretty clean overall. However, these are the weird things that ruined our stay: - The bathroom door knob was missing. I know it sounds weird, but there was no knob--just a big hole in the door where one should be. - The heat in our room did not work. We were cold and had it set to 80, but it only blew cold air. - Upon arrival at breakfast (included with our specific booking) no one acknowledged us or greeted us. We waited for a while and then I tracked down a worker putting out food to ask if we seat ourselves or if someone seats us. She did not reply to me (language barrier), but got someone to tell us we could just seat ourselves. It was confusing and unwelcoming. I witnessed other patrons enter after me and share the same confusion and have to ask as well. A simple greeting, welcome, or explanation could go a LONG way. I am not typically a complainer, so the issues above would've normally been mentioned at checkout for resolution before the next time they put someone in the room. It wasn't worth the hassle of moving to a different room. - (This was the biggie.) We had a family enter our room because they were given keys and assigned OUR room at check in. We had not checked out, and now our keys would no longer work. The family returned to the desk and were assigned a different room. When I asked about this mix up at the desk, they told me they ”didn't know how that had happened” like I was somehow making it up. They reprogrammed our key cards and assured us that no one else would bother us during the remainder of our stay. - They charged me for one night of parking instead of two, and charged me for breakfast although it was included with my booking. These charges were resolved and an apology was extended for the inconveniences of the stay. I would not stay at this hotel again, and will choose differently when traveling there next year. It was a hassle and a disappointment.

The staff was excellent. Our room was beautiful and had a separate seating/work area. Beds were very comfortable. The location was great - easy access to freeways, shopping, six flags…. Loved the atrium. I’d stay again and highly recommend.

Had pleasant stay. Beds were comfortable, but was able to hear some noises from other rooms.
