Only a 25 minute drive to Bethel Woods!Beaver Lake Escape is a newly renovated home with an open floor plan in the kitchen and living space. The bedroom has a queen size bed and 2 large closets for guests to use. The bathroom has a stand up shower and small vanity with storage underneath and 3 drawers. This lake house is located on a quiet dead end road perfect for couples looking to escape for a short romantic getaway or a long vacation. While you are here you can enjoy the amenities of the home from something a simple as your morning cup of coffee on the front deck to your preferred evening cocktail around the fire pit.The backyard offers plenty of seating for two, as well as a picnic table, which has a built in cooler in the center to keep your choice of refreshments. Feel free to grill on the Traeger wood pellet grill! You can also relax and enjoy the hot tub at your leisure!Our guests have full access to the lake via the community beach, which is a 2 minute walk from the lake house. We also keep one kayak stored with a paddle on the side of the shed in the backyard, as well as fishing poles. The good majority of the lake is approximately 4 feet deep; however, by the floating dock the water is much deeper. There are no lifeguards on this lake; therefore, our guests swim AT THEIR OWN RISK.If you do not know how to swim DO NOT go in the water.Other things to note:Please respect our non-smoking policy. Absolutely NO smoking of any kind is allowed in the lake house. A $200 charge will be applied if you do smoke inside to cover the additional cleaning costs.No Drugs or illegal activity.
