You will have a queen-size bed, queen-size sofa sleeper, full kitchen, bathroom, fireplace, private patio & ski closet.Walk to ski shuttle stop, miles of hiking/biking trails, fishing, restaurants, grocery store, bars, breweries & nightlife.This updated studio is a short five-minute walk to downtown and is easily accessible to the Fraser River, outdoor space, ski shuttle, Rec-Center and free parking lot. The end unit, second-floor location offers privacy and stunning views of the Fraser River and mountain peaks. The studio is furnished with a queen size bed and a queen size sofa sleeper. The 440 sq ft space is perfect for two, but can cozily sleep four (as long as privacy isn’t an issue). Relax on the private patio with a bistro set for two. Open the windows to enjoy the sounds of the Fraser River. The full kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, dining space with two bar stools, dishes and glassware, a Keurig coffee brewer, french press, drip coffee maker, toaster, blender, tea kettle, crock pot, cooking utensils, pots, pans and bake-ware.
