This well appointed cottage is a new build in the style of the original 1890s Four Square house sharing the property and is four blocks to the Town Square and Courthouse. The original house has been placed on the historic register and lays within the East Prescott Historic District. The bricks are the original chimney bricks from the fireplaces and wainscoting on the walls have the original paint. The hall light fixture is original to the house and the bathroom light fixtures are from a 1800 cattle ranch in Australia. The pictures are 1960’s original watercolors of the Prescott and Arizona landscape. The cottage suite has a private entrance, a small covered patio shared with a old wood-burning cookstoves, and a welcoming purple door. The raised deck, bbq and fire pit belong to the main house.
