Hotellet var mycket rent och nära flygplatsen och tunnelbanan. De erbjöd en gratis transfer till och från flygplatsen. Rummet var stort och mysigt. Restaurangen var rymlig och frukostarna var utmärkta. Tack till hotellpersonalen för att ni gjorde vår vistelse så underbar.

Ante todo, estoy muy disgustado porque me hicieron pagar MÁS de lo que mi booking decía. En mi reserva, se decía que debía pagar en el hotel 27,58 US$ de cargos extras. Pues ellos me hicieron pagar casi 50 US$ diciendo que ese no era el valor de los impuestos y que la impresión de mi reserva estaba equivocada. Eso fue algo muy disgustoso porque no quisieron respetar mi reserva como la tenía impresa. Ver foto adjunta el hotel es muy bueno y un desayuno excelente que permite cargar buena energía para días de turismo exigentes. La disponibilidad de los empleados es muy buena pero no tienen un buen nivel de inglés. Por el mal entendimiento, a veces hacen las cosas medio mal o generan inconvenientes. Por ejemplo pedimos que nos despertaran alas 4 am para el viaje, y no nos llamaron. Luego pedimos el taxi para el aeropuerto (sabian que ibamos a Khiva vuelo nacional pues luego volviamos al hotel mismo). y pidieron el taxi para el terminal internacional. Afortunadamente ibamos con tiempo porque las terminales están a casi media hora en taxi...... nos costó el doble! La ubicación es lejos de los intereses turísticos, por lo cual no es ideal. La habitación muy buena y tiene una cama excelente y excelentes almohadas. creo que si vuelvo a Tashkent escogeré otro hotel

Отель отличный, сервис замечательный, были проездом, но с удовольствием остались бы на несколько дней. Аэропорт в 7 минутах, на ресепшене отличные работают ребята! Оперативно реагируют на любую просьбу. Завтраки с собой оформили оперативно. Вообще молодцы! А хрустящие одеяла - это прям моя любовь! Если прочитает отель отзыв, напишите, пожалуйста, где можно заказать такие одеяла 😍

El hotel se encuentra muy cerca de la estación de tren, a unos 10 minutos caminando en línea recta, con lo cual es ideal si quieres estar cerca de la estación. Las instalaciones del hotel están nuevas y se mantiene muy limpio. La habitación es amplia y el cuarto de baño también. El baño cuenta con amenidades como cepillo de dientes, crema de afeitar, peine. Todo es muy moderno en la habitación. La altura del colchón de la cama es algo alta; en mi caso no tuve problema porque soy alto, pero pienso que para una persona baja, la altura de la cama le quedaría algo alta. Hay una construcción al lado del hotel, pero afortunadamente no se oyen ruidos con las ventanas cerradas, así que no se preocupen, no es un problema. El desayuno es muy bueno, es un buffet con mucha variedad de panes, fruta, nueces, dulces, quesos, yogures, chocolates, etc. También puedes ordenar huevos revueltos, fritos, al gusto. El personal que atiende en el restaurante es muy amable y están siempre pendientes de todo.

Delicious oriental-style breakfasts, clean and comfortable hotel rooms. 👍 A hotel in the heart of the city, everything is close 🇺🇿 Great staff, free spa and hot pool, delicious cocktails at the bar and a cheerful bartender. The staff speaks English and learns many other languages. 👏👏👏👏Clean gym with excellent equipment, responsive staff in the gym and spa. 👍👍👍Well done 💪

Nestled amidst the vibrant streets of Tashkent, the Ramada Tashkent offers a tranquil oasis for travelers seeking both comfort and convenience. From the moment I stepped into the grand lobby, I was greeted with warm smiles and impeccable service, setting the tone for an unforgettable stay. The rooms at Ramada Tashkent exude a sense of understated elegance, with modern furnishings and plush bedding that provide the perfect sanctuary after a day of exploration. There was not much of a view of the city skyline (as we were on level 2), but every detail was carefully curated to ensure a restful and rejuvenating experience. They even sent a complimentary fruits platter to the room as it was my mother’s birthday. Definitely will come back and stay again. Excellent services from the stuff and Spa facilities A surprised from restaurant in the morning during our breakfast, one of the stuff brought a cake and sing Birthday song to my daughter Nice gesture from Hotel Reception noticed it was my daughter birthday on that day I would like to thank you all the Stuff for your excellent Hospitality during our stay. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

The shower temperature was inconsistent and the room's climate control was a bit extreme. However, the prime location and the stunning view from the room more than made up for those issues. Plus, the breakfast was absolutely delicious!

Выбирали между этим отелем и отелем Узбекистан которая рядом! В Узбекистане жили друзья! Из минусов в сравнении этих двух отелей - взяли туристический сбор, в итоге проживание было дороже! Завтраки скоромнее, опять же в сравнении с соседнем отелем, но основное все есть, кроме.. Кофе 😬 Только платно! В Узбекистане есть 🙏 Но.. Изначально ребят В Узбекистане заселили в такой номер, где их окон не то, что поддувало, там прям сносило ветром! Для ребёнка доп место, просто кинули матрасы 🫣 Только через ругань и прочее, им поменяли на номер с ремонтом! В этом же отеле такой проблемы нет! Номер большой, вполне тёплый! Чисто, убрано! Да, ремонт конечно не свеж, но и не убит 🙏 В общем и целом, жить можно! Цена качество совпадает! В остальном, кто хочет советской эпохи, велком в Отель Узбекистан! А если не, то в Ля гранд! Тут ещё есть бассейн, думаю с погодой пожарче он уже будет работать!
