호텔 위치도 좋고, 시설도 좋고 , 1층에 식당도 좋았습니다만 오페라뷰를 선택하고 돈을 지불했지만 내가 볼 수 있던건 호텔 앞에 나무들뿐이고 컴플레인을 걸었지만 호텔측은 이것도 오페라 뷰라고 말했고, 높은 층을 원한다고 이야기 하지 않아서 이렇게 배정했다고 말했습니다. 오페라 뷰가 나무에 가려져 있지만 어떻게 오페라 뷰인가요!? 그리고 꼭 높은 층이 아니더라도 잘 보인다고 생각했기 때문에 안쓴거지 알았다면 당연히 높은 층을 배정해달라고 하지요. 기념일을 망칠뻔 했습니다. 오페라뷰를 보고싶은 분들은 참고하세요. 사진은 내가 머물렀던 방에서 찍은 사진입니다. 그리고 샤워실은 깨끗했는데 하수구 냄새가 심했습니다. 그냥 문닫고 있으면 냄새 안나서 넘어갔지만 샤워실 이용하실 분들은 참고하세요.

Det är absolut över fem stjärnors hotell i Huaxia, det är bra pris.Boendet är bra, sitter och tar en kopp öl.Alla anställda är mycket entusiastiska och professionella, service på lejonet är praktiskt, och detaljinformation om staden och omgivningen. Det är imponerande att ha modern elvagnen och behålla den gamla elvagnen.Rummet är mycket modernt och bekvämt, ljusstyrningssystem är praktiskt och alla mörka strömbrytare är för nattbruk.Bäddhuvudet har plattor som kan styra ljus, luftkonditionering, TV, beställning eller beställa något. Bädd och tumlare (som erbjuder en mycket lång meny) är det mest bekväma hotellet jag har bosatt, ingen.Gästrummet är rent och nattsängservice är otäck.Badrummet är mycket bekväm.Enkeltstående frukostpris är rättvist, menyn är rik och smakfull. Jag har också stött på problem med Wi-Fi som inte kan logga in, dörrlås som inte kan återlåsas, så jag kan inte säga något utan att säga något.Men det är en olycklig olycka som jag är villig att tro. During my recent 5-day, 4-night stay at the Ritz-Carlton Vienna, I was consistently delighted by the hotel's embodiment of classic elegance. From the moment I stepped into the grand lobby, I was surrounded by refined opulence. The room was impeccably appointed, with plush furnishings and a marble bathroom that exuded luxury. Yet, the true highlight was the exceptional service. Every staff member, from the concierge to the restaurant servers, went above and beyond to anticipate my needs. This attentiveness made my stay truly memorable and solidified the Ritz-Carlton's reputation as a leader in hospitality.

Hotel was conveniently located 10 min walk from the center of Vienna.  Rooms were a good size and clean.  It didn’t have the cotton wools or cotton buds available for use but they used a good brand of cleaning gels and shampoo - Evelyn and Crabtree.  The gym was also good with all the necessary equipment with a sauna.

Hotel Ambassodor. Visited for a Christmas holidays. Excellent location, right in a center of pedestrian area in the center of old town. We had a suit on the sixth floor, under the roof with a view of St. Stefan. Two TVs, kitchen amenities, did not need to ask for a kettle. It was available along with coffee maker loaded with capsules. Excellent breakfast, Good service, clean suit. Quite satisfied.

I stayed 5 nights 6 days in Hotel with Family. I have a special memorial and my 2 baby realy happy in Hotel. When booking all include breakfast, we enjoyed everyday ate breakfast. We choiced and ordered for hot food, we required something. They were exactly made hot food and serving. But Sat or Sunday, too many customer in Resturant, they were really busy and we waited for ordered to spent time. we can understand this situation and ate buffet. If we visit in Autria Vien, we will book the hotel again. All the time Thank you for Concierge and All staff.

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff, clean + well equipped, quiet room. Lovely bar / breakfast room on top floor. Well located, with many attractions a short walk away. Highly recommend.

漂亮的新酒店，硬件沒話説，軟件就不太好説。選在旺季聖誕前去維也納旅遊，7000多不包早餐的價格，入住時在沒有被告知的情況前台的白女給安排了無障礙房間，各種不方便，要求換房，説沒有，還陰陽我們免費得了間面積大的房間，暗示我要知足。找攜程幫忙處理，第二天又收拾行李換了間據説升了級的房。離開時申請了延時退房，麻煩前台安排人幫忙拿一下行李，因為下樓坐電梯有一節需要走樓梯，肩膀和腰受過傷不能太使勁，結果，同一個白女在我們等了二十分鐘三次聯繫後才安排，等我們退好房叫好車去火車站差一分鐘火車走了，不得不另花三百多歐重新買票去布拉格，前面訂的火車票也因超時作廢不能退。這個白女第一次帶我們去房間時還給了她小費。後來請攜程幫忙投訴，酒店回覆説讓我以後合理安排好不可預知的延誤時間，我衹能呵呵了。以後有機會再去維也納，會選靠譜的文華東方，25年文華維也納開業，從服務上看，不論中國境內還是境外，文華東方的服務沒讓我失望過。

The room was big and spacious. Thumbs up 👍 for the excellent customer service and housekeeping.
