The best experiences we had in Harbin was Crowne Plaza Hotel. Besides overall excellent experiences, they gave us free ski pass for my whole family. They have staff courteou, pleasant and professional. The checking in and out was smooth. English speaking staff were there round the clock. I recommend Crowne Plaza Hotel.

花旗酒店位置十分便利，出門就是地鐵站。會展中心地下有很大一片商業，有非遺的東北菜，還有超市，我們還在這裏看了電影。雖然這次哈爾濱天氣暖和了沒有玩到冰雪，但酒店的温暖，員工的專業都讓我們很高興。買了冰箱貼比外面還要便宜一些。退房忘記買的哈爾濱紅腸在冰箱裏，前台的小田同學特意幫我們寄了順豐。十分感謝他。 願我們新的一年各自安好，來年我們一定會再返回哈城的。祝願大家新年快樂。

Most friendly hotel in Harbin. Next time if i visit Harbin i will stay again. The staffs are even wonderful! Specially Demi helped us in challenging situations. She helped us a lot! This is a reference of customer service.

My friend and I had the pleasure of staying at Grand Mercure hotel in Harbin, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we entered, I was struck by the spotlessly clean surroundings and the comfortable feeling that enveloped us. The high ceiling added a touch of grandeur to the ambiance, making it feel a luxury 5-star accommodation, all at a budget-friendly price. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the comfortable bed and fresh linens. I had the best sleep and woke up feeling refreshed, as if I had slept like a baby. The attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable sleep experience was truly commendable. The hotel staff deserves special mention for their exceptional service. Despite some language barriers, they went above and beyond to assist me with anything I needed and provide accurate information. I vividly remember ALAN CHEN or Chan, although I'm unsure of the exact spelling of his name. He was always attentive to our concerns and questions, taking the time to communicate and ensure we received the correct directions. Their dedication and willingness to assist made a lasting impression on me. In terms of location, the hotel was conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easily accessible from the airport which is around 45mins or less. The ride took less than 10 minutes to reach the high-speed railway station from the hotel. However, I must mention that there weren't many convenient shops in the immediate vicinity, which might be a minor inconvenience for some travelers. Our only issue during our stay was the room temperature, which was quite warm. Despite adjusting the thermostat, we couldn't achieve a comfortable coolness. We resorted to opening the window slightly to let in some fresh air, but leaving it open throughout the night posed the risk of catching a cold. It would be highly beneficial if the hotel could consider providing a humidifier, as the air in the room felt excessively dry. Overall, my stay at this hotel was truly amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel, the exceptional staff, and the convenient location all contributed to a memorable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin and would absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit. The management may want to look into improving the room temperature control and addressing the dryness in the air to ensure an even more pleasant stay for future guests.

I had a wonderful stay at the Harbin Aoluguya Hotel. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere felt warm and welcoming. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed. What an incredible hotel this is. Our stay has been absolutely 5 star. The staff are incredibly helpful. I haven't remembered all their names but Suyu at the front desk was so helpful in ensuring we got settled in on arrival. It was early and cold when we arrived but this hotel provided us a warm haven. This hotel has all the 5 star features you would expect and more. The multiple hot pools are a highlight. The outside heated pool was amazing during the snow. The staff helped us navigate the city buses easily (the gentleman at the front desk was also great). We will return to this hotel as soon as we can. Harbin is cold but the hotsprings ♨️ are warm

Love the room is great everything was good i enjoyed the breakfast there were a lot of different selections it was yummy one thing I didn’t like is that I had to go downstairs every time I ordered a delivery Mabey we can do a bit upgrade on that. Also the dress code for guests in the dining hall need to be addressed this is a 5 star hotel I don’t need to see people wearing robe with nothing under it with the room sandals is just not cool. However I did see people talking to them about it asking them to change but it took a while. Other than that It was a wonderful experience and I’ll b back sometime soon and hopefully will see some more upgrades?

Located conveniently and walking distance to the famous Zhong Yang Da Jie. Check in is easy and thus hardly interacted with the staff whom seems to be unfriendly. Room wise is spacious and quite comfy. But some lights are not working. Im concern about cleanliness as the teaspoon wasn’t washed the next day though cup was washed. Coffee was not replaced. Bedsheet still feels untidy. Location is good and room spacious so it’s ok. Room it’s hot and thus we need to keep windows open to cool it down.
