"From the moment I arrived, the customer service at the Shangri-La Hotel in Hefei was impeccable, with staff anticipating every need. My room was a sanctuary of cleanliness, where every surface gleamed and the linens were freshly pressed. The attention to detail extended to the immaculate pool and wellness area, which provided a truly luxurious escape. "Negative:
- staffs English is not good, they still use cellphone translation
- response time at reception for a a keycard replacement was slow
- you can see that the corners in the rooms and bar are not thorough cleaned and that although it’s a fairly new hotel, it already looks a little run down here and there
- in one of two rooms has been smoked before, although it’s a nonsmoking floor
- waiter at breakfast argued that the water will cool down when I asked for cold water and he brought hot, instead of bringing cold water when I asked. After further arguing he finally brought a cup of cold water.
- hotel cannot issue an invoice or fapiao so you have to go via Ctrip, which is an additional annoying step
Positive:
- got a WeChat contact who spoke English and was very helpful and asked if I want to change the room with the smoke smell
- breakfast is great
- elevators are arriving fast
- view is great

Front desk 王盈 is friendly n quick to done our check in. 服务管家小鱼 self introduced herself and providing great services to our 3 nights stay, make sure that we are comfortable during our stays. She is gentle and professional in her task and attentive services.
We are attending the Singer Zhou Shen's concert at Hefei, the hotel is so considerate and gives the fans, hand warmer/heat pack, as the weather is getting colder.
The daily breakfast also very good, aplenty of dishes to choose from locals and western cruisines.
Check out time also has been extended till 4pm by thoughtfulness of 小魚, but we need to catch our train at 1pm....Thank you 小魚.
A goodbye gift for us as we leaving.
We are having a great time staying in the hotel.

"My experience is good for the hotel facilities.Breakfast is good and plenty of variety.
One of the reasons I choose this hotel is that they have bus which bring us to the airport.When one asks about the airport bus location,the receptionist never give us clear reply.They only say in the front door ,but in fact the stop is at the entrance of the hotel not the main door.the bus will not come in the hotel and only stop outside.The hotel can always do better to help the visitors."

"Room was spacious and comfortable, although sound insulation of walls, doors, and windows was not enough to prevent noise from neighbours or hallway and street even on 40th floor. Amenities are good and practical. Swimming pool and gym are great. Location is also very good. Service is variable. Staff is very friendly and responsible, but they need to pay a little more attention to simple English skills. However, breakfast and generally, foods in restaurant were not satisfactory enough. Western and international food is just a name. You can't really taste German Wurst or Italian pizza! The continental food, especially western breakfast, is quite ordinary, I'm talking about flavours and tastes, not quantity. It's not very eye-catching and for a five-star hotel as you would expect. Although, overall I recommend hotel."

"We got an upgrade after we came back from the break of our trip, which the hotel told us there is no promise.
This stay was much comfortable than the previous stay as the bed was much better. However, the spot lights are out of position which we do not expect from a branded hotel like that. The toilet door was also quite difficult to close.
Generally the stay was good!"

A brand new, morden themed IHG hotel, located in a high tech park, at the new developed region of the city. Closd to the lake side park, large shopping/theme park, and modernized old town shopping centre. 10 min walk to the nearest metro station, as well as a shopping mall with plenty of eaterings. The quality of the breakfast was great, in term of both the variaties and quality, only pity close at10am. The staff in the hotel were also very kind and helpful, representing company's quality training and service standard. The hotel also kindly provided supplement drinks in the minibar as well as daily bottled drink water. Highly recommended.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, and modern, and the staff were warm and helpful throughout my stay. My first room was a bit too hot because of the central heating, and one woman at the front desk, known as “是蛋挞诶,” went above and beyond by helping me move to the other side of the building and even upgrading me from a lake-view room to a suite, which made a huge difference. The new room was quiet, spacious, and very comfortable. The facilities were well kept, the breakfast was fresh and enjoyable, and the overall service was excellent. I would happily return and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

Wow, what an extraordinary experience at your exceptional hotel! Our stay was nothing short of magical. We hosted a small wedding and birthday dinner and enjoyed one unforgettable night. The location was breathtaking, the food was simply divine, the rooms were magnificent, the ambiance was outstanding, and the service was impeccable.
A heartfelt thank you to Jenny, who orchestrated the best breakfasts we have ever had – an easy 10/10. The GSM's extraordinary dedication and attention to detail truly went above and beyond our expectations. Your hotel offers every conceivable amenity, and the value for money is unparalleled.

Jag bodde på detta hotell under min resa till Hefei. Hotellet ligger i ett livligt område med gott om matställen. Lobbyn är mycket storslagen och dekorerad med en festlig julstämning. Receptionen uppgraderade mitt rum till 43:e våningen, med en hisnande utsikt. Personalen på den våningen, Ms. Zou, var utmärkt; hon var alltid lyhörd och gav tålmodig och uppmärksam service. Under min tre dagar långa vistelse fick jag noggrann vård av henne. Jag ville säga adjö till henne när jag checkade ut idag, men jag kunde inte hitta henne, så jag vill säga ”tack för er vänlighet” här. Hotellets frukost hade ett brett utbud av alternativ och smakade gott. Sammantaget var hotellets service utmärkt och lämnade ett djupt intryck på oss. Jag skulle definitivt välja detta hotell igen nästa gång jag är i Hefei.

酒店今年新開業，設施很新，關閉門窗情況下不可避免地還是有些裝修味道的，但開窗會有蚊蟲，但是卻又沒有安裝窗紗門紗，不過酒店也配置了空氣凈化器可以打開運行。我們入住的套房是頂層，屋頂挑高，顯得非常寬敞明亮。房間裝修也是現在流行的大氣簡潔風格，可惜洗臉盆的設計有問題，好看不實用，導致總是排水不凈，總有餘水滯留在池內。另外我們入住的房間是朝向鄉村馬路的，而隔着馬路對面有當地村民院內養着十幾衹雞鵝，半夜三點就開始有公雞打鳴，時斷時續，吵得我們無法熟睡。將近兩千的價格不能保證安靜的睡眠環境，入住體驗肯定還是打了折扣的。酒店離黛鰲山景區大門很近，步行幾分鐘便可到達。即使在國慶節期間，和其他熱門景區相比，這裏景區遊客也是寥寥，對於我們這種喜歡安靜、討厭人從眾、希望避開國慶節期間客流高峯的遊客來説，入住這裡是一種很好的選擇。除了離景區近，就餐也很方便。酒店本身就提供餐飲，當然價格也不菲。在距離快到達酒店大約700米處公路左手邊有家叫黛鰲山人家的夫妻店餐館，我們就餐選擇這裏，午餐晚餐吃了幾次都覺得味道不錯，性價比可以，所以就餐也不是問題。酒店內針對住客舉辦的活動不少，什麼早上打八段錦、做手工香囊之類的，可以看出來酒店方還是花了不少心思的。酒店有游泳池，即使入秋了，也還是有遊客打卡游泳的。酒店管理有序，工作人員都積極熱情，退房時還非常貼心地送了我們中秋節月餅禮盒。廬江有秀美的湖光山色和豐富的旅遊資源，高端酒店民宿也是在近幾年來、在被劃歸合肥城市區域後快速開發建設發展起來的，衷心希望廬江旅遊業酒店業能興旺發達，希望廬江能夠成為合肥市民休閑度假的後花園。

Lives out of a suitcase.
Nicely appointed hotel. Rooms are clean and modern. Shower pressure is good. Pretty views and location is quiet.
Overall, staff were professional, helpful and attentive.
Only problem is that breakfast stopped at 10:am but was down at 9:45am but all the food and breakfast selection was removed- they were rushing to close up and prepare for lunch. So maybe better to say “last serving for breakfast at 9:30am”, instead of “breakfast until 10:00.

Wow! I was very impressed with everything about the hotel. I wish we had been staying longer than our planned two days. Located right next to a subway line, it is in a beautiful part of the city. The room was beautiful, clean, and spacious. It had everything one would need for a stay. It included an iron, fridge, robes, and more. The shower had great water pressure and amenities. I needed a sewing kit and the staff provided it within minutes. The beds were extremely comfortable.
The breakfast at the hotel has an amazing spread and a wide range of foods, all delicious. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel has a good location near Chaohu Lake, providing beautiful views while still close to the city. The breakfast selection is decent, though the breakfast area got crowded during peak times. The staff is friendly and always willing to assist. However, the rooms can be a bit noisy, and some of the outdoor facilities are in need of maintenance, which slightly detracts from the overall experience. Ideal for a short stay, but a few improvements would enhance comfort.
Taller travelers will feel the beds are too short.

Located very close to Hefei Station which is great. If you arrive into south station then you’ll need a Didi or the metro. Not as traditional/old fashioned as other Hilton suites in China but still a very nice room as a decent price. The lounge was good and the bar on the 3rd floor had nice staff working behind the bar
