We had an excellent stay at the hotel. The personal touch and the warm hospitality shone through the moment we arrived. Despite the punishing cold, two of their staff were already standing by the side of the road waiting to welcome us. They ushered us to our room, patiently explained everything and left a contact so we could reach out at any point in time. We needed a late lunch and the kitchen readily whipped up three dishes. We were shown to a private dining room with an amazing view. The food portions were generous, the food was hearty and delicious, and we had the same impeccable service from the young men who had greeted us. The next day they arranged for transport to and from Jiu Zhai Gou National Park for us after a delicious breakfast. When we informed upon our regurn that we'd have to be up at the crack of dawn the following day to make the 2 hour drive to the train station to catch an 8am train, they apologised that they'd not be able to prepare breakfast that early but instead packed us a generous bag of butter cookies, milk, fruit and sweets to fill our stomachs on the road. What seriously mpressed was the fact that they'd taken care of the little details - they washed the grapes and removed the stems before packing them into a paper box. Such is the degree of their attention to detail and hospitality. In fact, they had prepared a sweet potato mash with grilled cheese as one of the dishes for dinner on our first night. We ended up not touching the dish as we were too full and apologised profusely for it. Imagine our surprise when we discovered that they had made the effort to whip up a fresh batch for our dinner on the second night. We made a point to eat (and finish) it this time round and were not disappointed - it was mind-blowingly good! If you want a quiet get-away to relax and be pampered, this is where you'd want to be. They certainly live up to every excellent review they have received. To the extremely polite and unassuming young man who served us for our 3D2N stay, a big thank you! We never got his name but he'll forever be in our hearts and thoughts for making our stay such a memorable one. Of course, special mention must be made of Huahua, their resident dog who brings so much joy to all. Together with the warmth and hospitality of their staff, they have turned what would have been another cookie cutter hotel into a memorable and remarkable stay with the welcoming warmth of home.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome-kind, attentive, and effortlessly accommodating. Their warmth set the tone for a perfect stay. Our room was a dream: spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully laid out. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, the linens felt fresh and crisp, and there was plenty of room to relax without feeling cramped. It’s the kind of space that instantly puts you at ease. And then there’s the surprise that makes this place unforgettable—their charming little zoo! We were delighted to wander outside and find deer gracefully roaming, a curious ostrich adding a playful touch, and three adorable dogs who absolutely stole our hearts. It’s unique, joyful, and perfect for both families and anyone who loves a bit of nature and personality with their stay. If you’re heading to the astounding Jiuzhai Valley National Park, this place makes the adventure even more special. The park’s dreamlike scenery-mirror‑clear lakes in shades of turquoise, terraced mineral pools, cascading waterfalls, and ever‑changing forests left us in awe. After a day of wandering boardwalks and soaking in those views, coming back to the serenity of “Between the trees and streams” felt perfect. The name truly fits the vibe. I had a pleasant and comfortable stay at this hotel. The room was exceptionally clean, well-organised and thoughtfully prepared prior to my arrival. The bed was comfortable and the overall ambience of the room created a relaxing environment throughout my stay. The view is stunning and you can stargazing through the balcony with warm coffee. The bathroom was spotless and well-maintained, with amenities that were replenished promptly. The lighting, and in-room facilities all functioned smoothly, reflecting the hotel’s attention to detail and commitment to guest comfort. The level of service from the staff truly enhanced my experience. The person in charge was exceptionally helpful and friendly. They assisted us with our luggage, guided us patiently and ensured that we understood all the facilities and directions. They also provide shuttle service to the park with a comfortable car. They also will communicate with you before your arrival through wechat. Overall, I am very satisfied with the quality and cleanliness of the room and the staff hospitality. The high standard of upkeep and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a clean, comfortable, and well-managed place to stay.

We were touched by the warm hospitality the moment we stepped foot into the hotel. As this is our anniversary trip, Namu even decorated the room prior to our arrival. They are also very kind and thoughtful, offering to help us takeaway our breakfast on the day we leave and also kindly send us to the carpark for our bus back to Chengdu. The driver also ensured that we find our bus before leaving the carpark. Thank you for all the kindness shown to us during our stay ❤️

Hotel staff are very helpful, warm and obliging. Just that the hotel is a little far off from the main bustling street in ZhangZha town. Wouldn't be an issue to walk 10mins to reach the bustling shops area, but during the freezing cold night, it makes a difference. I ordered food delivery and the hotel staff helps to send it up to the room (by robot). The room is clean and new. The only drawbacks are the relatively low water pressure in the shower, and the poor soundproofing - I was woken up several times by loud next door neighbors. The flooring seems to be made of wood as I could hear stomping sounds from perhaps upstairs late at night too. The hotel also provides free shuttle bus to and fro the Jiuzhaigou entrance. For the price, it is value for money. But I would prepare earplugs if I return to stay.

Nice little hotel in a Central location in Jiuzhaigou. About 20mins drive to Jiuzhaigou National Park and around 1.5hr drive from Huanglongjiuzhai Railway Station. We stayed on the 5th floor which is the only floor that we saw with a view. The rooms are nice, a kind of modern-lodge hybrid. Like a modern hotel but with a few ******* elements. I found that the bathroom didn't have enough light making it a little difficult to shave. Cleanliness is just OK, I found an old plum seed behind the hair dryer in the bathroom. I also collected a bunch of some kind of beatles off the windows when we first checked in and threw thew out the door. The breakfast is just OK but the yak yoghurt is delicious. Overall I think it's a good hotel but for the price I feel like a few things could be improved.

(”I hate this place!!!” is what I would have said if the staff had not come to our rescue. During our 3D2N stay, we had moved into 3 different cabins. In the first cabin, the rain shower felt like weak rain droplet due to weak water pressure; then toilet had weak flush that our poop could not be cleared even after 30 over flushes, and then the flush stopped working. We changed into another cabin the next morning as it was already late at night. The second cabin also had issue. When we turned on the floor heating and air conditioning heating for more than 4hrs, it was still not working and the room was still at 3 degree Celsius. It was really cold and we had no choice but to wear our winter gear with heat packs on us, figuring out if the heater would finally work. The staff provided us a portable heater (refer to last picture) as we would not want to change to another cabin anymore. However, our toilet flush stopped working and this forced us to change to the 3rd cabin. This would have been a wonderful stay if the room's basic facilities had worked normally. But thanks to the excellent service of the staff, we could tell they really tried their best to fix the issue immediately whenever we raised the problem. Now for some really good things we appreciate about this place: 1) If you are looking for a nice glamping experience, this is the place to go. The room is beautiful and the view is amazing. (Do check out cabin 8 and 9). You may get to be close to animals too. (refer to picture) 2) If you are looking to enjoy the stars without much light pollution, this is the place to go. (Suggestion to the staff, please replace the street lamps with motion sensor. So that the place can be darker at night for star viewing. Your street lamps are too bright with no cars moving around. Refer to 2nd last picture. This is the brightness of the room with all room lights off. But the street lamp had spoiled the star viewing from the room.) 3) They provide free car transport to fetch you from the bottom of the hill. (Note: Their didi GPS of the hotel is wrong. The didi might drop you half way off the hill. So better request for free car pick up service from bottom of the hill with the hotel.) 4) The communication with the staff via Wechat is fast and responsive. We are already connected with them before we depart from our country. When you reach Huanglong Jiuzhai Train Station, they will also guide you what bus to take and which stop to alight (Hua Mei Sheng Di, not Jiu Zhai Gou Visitor Center) and has their driver on standby to fetch you to the hotel. 5) The staffs are amazing, friendly and helpful. When we faced trouble with our cabin, they responded very fast and did their best in assisting our problem. 6) The room is a smart room. From the moment you open the door, the curtain will be automatically opened for you, the room will have nice music to welcome you. You can also connect your laptop or phone via their Bluetooth and have the whole cabin turned into a surround sound movie theater. Conclusion: Our stay would have been more than perfect if all the basic facilities work normally and the street lamps can be turned off during the night with motion sensor for us to view the stars. I would recommend my friends or myself to come again if they can take my suggestions and fix the place. =) )

The vacation experience in Jiuzhaigou is absolutely fantastic! The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the bed linens are changed for each guest, providing a sense of utmost comfort. The bathroom, with its separate wet and dry areas, features a bathtub and highland-specific moisturizing toiletries. The combination of underfloor heating and air conditioning ensures the room is warm and comfortable. The Tibetan-style decor is unique and distinctive, and the hotel is conveniently located near the Ancient Legends Theater and the Food Street. It is within walking distance to the scenic areas and takes about 10 minutes by car. There is also a shuttle service available from the high-speed rail station. The small housekeeping manager, Ge Sang, is attentive and considerate, and the facilities, including a hot spring and swimming pool, are incredibly relaxing. If I were to visit Jiuzhaigou again, I would definitely choose this place!

This hotel had excellent service. The hotel conceirge ” 一条淡水鱼” befriended me on wechat upon checking in. I was puzzled at first as to why he would do that. But it turned out to be the best move as I could ask him lots of questions about getting a driver, what time to leave hotel for day trips, etc. He went the extra mile to ensure that my Taobao package got sent to me at the hotel. Location wise, the resort is very tucked away from the main touristy area. A good 20min drive out. There is no ******* or even Taobao that delivers to the hotel so you are stuck with the one EXCELLENT hotel restaurant that remains open in Winter.

Great stay, big and spacious room with good views. Being on top of the mountain was amazing as you would wake up and open the curtains to find yourself fully in cloud (autumn season). Staff were nice and friendly. Only downside is the location is slightly further away from the attraction (45-1hr) but still nothing to really complain about considering the views and all. Would definitely recommend.
