Despite the fact that the weather was rainy and windy and swimming in the sea was prohibited we had an amazing stay and definitely want to return."

"What can I say about this place. The staff were so kind and welcoming. The staff at this location made everything better. The location is a nice break away from the hectic. The beach at your footstep and a nice shaded area by the pool. Did I mention the staff? So wonderful and went beyond what was needed or asked for. I will always remember my short stay there and recommend this hotel.. the only complaint and it’s not about the hotel but on the island is the lack of smoking regulations. People smoke everywhere, restaurants, the washrooms.. everywhere. I really do hope that changes. Again my thanks to the staff at this location"

We recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Lingshui Hot Springs and had such a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly (and yes, with the famous warm cookie!) and made us feel welcome.
The absolute highlight of our stay was the pool area. There was a dedicated kids’ pool with slides that our toddler absolutely loved, and a large main pool filled with plenty of pool toys available for use (though these came at an extra charge). The relaxing hot spring pools were also a treat, with several at different temperatures to choose from. A few were unfortunately closed during our visit, but the ones that were open were fantastic for soaking and unwinding.
Our room was spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with comfortable beds and a modern, calming décor. The balcony view over the lush greenery and water was a peaceful bonus.
Breakfast offered a good variety overall, but it leaned more towards Chinese cuisine with fewer Western options. Everything was fresh, the coffee was good, and the service was attentive, but guests hoping for a full Western spread might find the selection a bit limited.
We travelled with our 2-year-old, and the staff were exceptionally kind and accommodating. The peaceful atmosphere, well-maintained facilities, and beautiful surroundings made it a great choice for our family wanting a relaxing stay. While the hotel is located a little far from busier tourist spots, we found it perfect for a quiet getaway focused on enjoying the facilities.

"We wanted to convey our feelings after our stay at the Sangem Moon Hotel. It was one of the best holidays we have had, and we were most of the hotels 5* in Sanya. Starting with the service, a big round of applause for Lily from the reception, who took care of us from the very beginning. She took care of us every day so that we did not lack anything. Also a huge thank you to the hotel manager. A new hotel with beautiful apartments with a wonderful view of the sea. Breakfasts are incredibly delicious, made for the customer. Fresh juices, cookies, omelettes, Chinese soups and various specialties made us not want to go out. We gained a lot 😂😂😂 of weight. Infiniti pools on the 21st and 5th floors. A paradise for kids, swimming pools and a small aqua park made the time pass very quickly, and most importantly, the beautiful beach and direct descent to the sea were impressive 👍❤️. We heartily recommend it to everyone, and we will definitely come back there."

"It's a little far from everything else. If you're hoping to do anything other than enjoy the resort or the theme park, it's going to be very inconvenient.. Service was acceptable with check-in only after 3pm. The room was pretty clean with acceptable beds. Book this hotel if you want to spend time at the theme park. The beach was excellent. Sand felt smooth. Some pool facilities were closed during my stay though."

"Great Accommodation for families, lots to do and see & alot things to do for the kids, the biggest down fall would be communication, I suggest learning a few things, basic questions everyday meeting and greeting otherwise you'll struggle in this area.. don't always count on google translate to save the day cause it doesn't. Also alot of local food, Restaurant in venue is mainly local cuisine however they do have a breakfast restaurant that has western food as well.
Overall of you're not prepared you won't enjoy it but it's a great place thumbs up!"

"到了陵水本來打算住新開的民宿，因為沒有合適的房型，決定還是住酒店吧。作為老牌五星級酒店，對酒店的設施沒有過高的期待，但進了房間，還是挺驚喜的。設施不説很新，但完全不像十幾年的老酒店，保養得很好。
酒店泳池有兩個，規模都很大，水質清澈，水深也合適，適合我這種菜鳥，隨時能站在泳池裡。
餐廳的菜品正常水準，離期望有點兒小距離。現磨咖啡機不能自己操作，飲料杯餐盤多數都是塑料的，拉低了品質。這點可以改進一下。
但是，瑕不掩瑜，服務真的可以大大點贊！前台小陳不僅給我們升級了房型，還及時幫我們解決各種小需求，相當貼心。
酒店的位置極佳，就在海邊，距離幾個景點都不遠，非常方便。
推薦來陵水的朋友可以住幾天。"

"The hotel has one water park for children and one large one for both adults and children. Both are super clean and there are guards at each slide super safe with children. It has an indoor playground that saved life during windy and cloudy days when we couldn’t use the pools. There is a small zoo and go cart place so the kids have no time to get bored. The room is clean and 4 water bottle replaced everyday during our stay. My son never wanted to leave."

Special thanks to Max Lin, who was incredibly helpful, attentive, and always ready to assist us with everything we needed, which truly enhanced our stay.
Although the hotel is a bit far from the city, it is very peaceful and quiet, with a beautiful beach and a great atmosphere. Ok We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.

I really wanted to give this hotel a perfect score because the hotel itself is great, but a major operational flaw held it back.
The Good:
The hotel design is stunning—very modern and fresh. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and felt brand new. Our The breakfast buffet had a fantastic variety with lots to choose from, so great start to the day there. I also have to shout out the staff, who were warm and attentive throughout our stay.
The Mixed:
The amenities were generally okay, though I did notice a lack of bathroom loofahs (a small detail, but worth noting for anyone planning a longer stay).
The Bad (and Important):
The check-in process is broken. Officially, check-in is at 3pm, but we ended up waiting much longer. It seems the hotel allows guests to check out so late that housekeeping can't turn the rooms over in time. It’s really not okay to keep the next customer waiting in the lobby after a long journey of travel—it immediately puts a damper on your feeling towards the hotel before you even see the room.
Suggestion to Management:
I would strongly suggest that IHG enforce late check-out fees or stagger check-out times. Late departures for some guests shouldn't come at the expense of the experience for incoming guests.

NNomadaThis hotel is a nightmare. They demanded upfront for full payment and deposit and then claim that they didn’t receive the payment although it is reflected as paid on my phone(alipay). So for the rest of my stay, I was constantly bugged about this money issue (including calling my room at 10:00PM and demanding to check my phone (again!)for verification d of payment!). The only highlight is that the breakfast buffet is very good snd the lady manager of the restaurant is very professional. I believe she is the ONLY staff that is worthy to be mentioned. The staff needs to be retrained in service language, service attitude and professionalism in the hotel industry. What a disappointment of a holiday! Eventually after threatening to complain to 12345 , I got my deposit money back pronto. Never again to this hotel- nit worth the stress!!

AAbby18We had a wonderful stay at the Westin Blue Bay. We booked the sea view room and it didn’t disappoint. The rooms are clean and spacious, a lot of natural light coming in. The weather in November is nice and warm.
The swimming pool is big but freezing cold, however you get used to the water after taking a dip. They have small hot springs too for the little ones.
I’d say the food and drinks are more on the pricey side, and it would be nice if the bar area by the swimming pool would open.
Overall the trip was great, beautiful area, close to the beach. Great for morning walks, jogging etc. I’d definitely come again!

GGästanvändareThe hotel is nice but not as nice as expected. We stayed in the normal room. The room is big and Well equipped. But the details are not perfect . The room/furniture can get some renovation, cleaning. You don’t have a lot of choice for the soft drinks inside the room.
The area around the hotel is not very busy. Taxi from the costs a lot. You can‘t swim in the ocean.
Service was very Good. But the baggy car are not available very often.
The best is the breakfast. It was very good. Good quality and everything you want.

CCherry888Hotel is located in a quiet area with not much going on around it so if you are looking for a relaxing quiet stay then it's good. Rooms are quite clean and modern with a voice activated AI module. Swimming pool is huge and beach decent. Food options are limited though.

AAnonym användareRooms are nice and big, I had a nice view out the window. Staff is friendly and nice and when I asked for more water from the cleaning staff and they remembered giving me more water every day. I got a package with a free photographer session and the pictures came out amazing.
