溧陽澗谷温德姆坐落於天目湖景區，南山竹海環繞。由新加坡JSA負責外觀、WJID維幾操刀室內設計，多洄游動線與水景相應，光影迷人。 客房面積65平起跳，根據陽台正對懸崖與竹林的景觀不同分為崖、竹景房。房間裝潢木質清新、私湯入户，原石浴缸質感好泡，配備衞洗麗、戴森吹風、馬歇爾音箱、松下化粧鏡，衞浴備品嬌蘭小瓶，包含拉菲紅酒、巴黎水、依雲、芭提婭果汁等的Minibar免費。歡迎水果非常豐富：梨、蛇果、草莓、小金桔等不一而足，品質極佳。 佔地面積極大提供了多樣活動：馬場可騎而馳騁；胡蘿蔔餵羊駝饒有趣味；恐龍園翼龍、頸龍、霸王龍模型栩栩如生，還有黑天鵝、梅花鹿徜徉其間；山頂無邊泳池俯瞰青黛，六款温泉泡池放鬆身心… 早餐在二層全日制餐廳，窗邊位外望水景平台與鬱鬱葱葱之竹海，令人心曠神怡。菜品種類豐富，粉面檔出色：鮮美的魚湯、雞湯，牛肉澆頭鹵制入味、虎皮鵪鶉蛋鹹香，小盒奶皮子酸奶醇厚。午晚亦提供中餐，單點出品尚可：泡椒水煮肉片軟嫩香辣、配菜萵筍金針菇點綴其間，甚是下飯，雁來蕈鹽鹵豆腐爽滑，湯頭醇香；幹切水果品質佳。 提供溧陽站來回酒店的接送服務，甚是便捷。陳天草管家比很多奢牌酒店響應都要及時，大幅提升了澗谷避世的度假體驗。

為了正宗天目湖魚頭湯來到溧陽，選擇住在天目湖賓館，老母親想要看湖光山色，提前團的湖景房套餐性價比很高，房間很大，乾淨衞生，還送了歡迎水果及飲品。早上七點多出門坐車，中午11點半到酒店辦住宿，門口兩個師傅特別熱心，幫忙拿行李，指引我們去坐直梯。臨走打車時下雨了，師傅幫我們打傘，對我老母親也是照顧周到。到酒店第一頓，就是去魚緣餐廳喝正宗天目湖魚頭湯，雖然比外面貴很多，但真是鮮美啊！酒店位置很好，出門坐73路很快就能到南山竹海。門口就是天目湖山水園（不建議去玩，沒啥玩的，特別是千萬別坐船去龍興島）。酒店自助早餐食材豐富，門口風味小館裏的扎肝味道不錯，由於人少吃不了一整份，服務員很貼心幫我們單獨點了兩個扎肝。由於是在景區，訂外賣稍顯不便。整體入住體驗很棒哦！

酒店是小型的高檔酒店，房間設施非常好，設計也很別緻。服務也可以。服務人員大部分應該都是本地人，很親切，像回家。特別是温泉的徐姐，真的很好很好，泡温泉期間一直在為我們端茶送水送毛巾送水果，真的太好了！謝謝啊！温泉很乾凈，就是有點冷囧，女更衣室需要一個地墊，不然換衣服的時候腳冷。 有幾個小建議： 1.餐廳上菜用的盤子在大冬天的時候需要加熱一下，不然菜很快就冷了，廚房出餐口味好，但冬天吃冷菜不舒服。 2.早餐收桌是否可以別把推車推到客人身邊，一邊吃飯一邊看着一車殘羹剩飯和臟盤子是實在倒胃口。如果可以用託盤收臟盤子會比較雅觀，並且餐廳場地其實不大，並不會增加多少工作量。 3.冬季走廊的空調要調温暖一點，並且經過走廊的服務員要注意關好和户外相連的門。 4.房間裏紙巾不夠用，洗手枱旁邊沒有紙巾，最好增加一個方便客人使用。 5.歐舒丹的洗髮水和護法素真的一如既往地差……可以感到酒店是想為客人提供優質洗護用品的，但歐舒丹真的，讓人無力吐槽🙄額。 6.酒店的小酒吧裏沒服務員，無法點到，想喝酒和咖啡沒喝到……🤷♀️ 當然，服務人員工作都很主動很熱情，就是作為一家小型的精品酒店，一些細節可以做得更好一些。 總的來説是家不錯的酒店。

💯The lady who checked us in on Day 1 was very good, but the staff did not wear any name tag so I can’t remember her name. We found that she is the only one who was prompt and alert to guests needs. She helped upgrade us to a room that is more handicap friendly, as my husband was on crutches. She also helped us order takeaway using her private mobile phone when the restaurant on site was closed for lunch as we had no china mobile phone number to order take away. 💯The location is great by the lake and near the Tianmu Lake scenic park. 💯Outdoor hot spring staff on duty are attentive and polite. She even instructed the buggy driver to the nearest point to pick us when she noticed that my husband had difficulty walking. However the buggy driver did not pick us from the recommended point as she gave the excuse that her buggy driving skills are not good enough. Therefore we had to walk a longer way to be picked up, which puzzled everyone as there was more than enough space and a road for buggy entry…. ❌ Not enough staff, especially at dinner and breakfast. Food is slow to come at dinner even though we pre-ordered. Waited 30 mins and more. Staff are loud clearing the crockery, and had no sense of regard for those still dinning. ❌tour groups arrive in the evening by the bus load. The hotel did not feel premium with the crowd who were very loud. ❌the private hot spring in the room only had a fixed temperature of more than 40 degrees which made it very uncomfortable when the external temperature is more than 30 degrees. The solution was to mix it with cold water via tap, which was very slow and impractical. The hot water needs to be filled up by the staff, and you have to call them. ❌not suitable for those with difficulty walking or elderly. ideal to have your own car. 🤔Overall, I did not feel that I made a good choice with this booking. There are others private hot spring room near Yu Shui hot spring / Bamboo sea area for a better value and premium feel. 🫥I would also caution against the 100 yuan fish coupon - it is a discount coupon to offset about a third of the price of the dish, not a complimentary coupon for a fish head casserole. I did not receive the welcome gift so I can’t comment. The public hot springs has 4 pools.

藏在山裡的樹屋温泉，真的太治癒了！一進門就被滿眼綠意包圍，空氣清新，草木清香，遠離城市喧囂，心情瞬間放鬆。 樹屋設計很有特色，木質結構温馨自然，推開窗就是山林景色，私密性很好。房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，住着舒服又安心。 最驚喜的是温泉，私湯入户，泡池就在露台。晚上泡着暖乎乎的温泉，聽着蟲鳴鳥叫，抬頭能看見星星，所有疲憊都煙消雲散。 管家長樂服務熱情貼心，態度好，響應及時

Our stay at Quchan Inner hotel was a wonderful experience, everything was top notch, staff were very friendly and helpful, room was amazing, hot springs super relaxing. The environment was beautiful, we enjoyed our stay so much, and would definitely recommend it! Special thanks to general manager Michael, he always made sure we have everything we need, and recommended visiting the gorgeous Fo Guang Shan Great Enlightenment Temple! Second time to stay here. Booked a double room with bathtub on balcony to enjoy hot spring in room. Hotel also has in-house a hot spring pool that you can use for a small fee. If you wise to splurge a little, suites with private courtyard and private onsen are available. Location wise, it is very near the Nanshan Zhuhai Park where you can see a pair of pandas. Service was impeccable. The butler Dai Dai even sent me some mulberries that she plucked earlier in the day, using a cute robot server. With the stay you get a RMB100 discount if you dine in and order their specialty, fish head in casserole. Strongly recommend for visitors to Liyang.

與家人從上海自駕來溧陽遊玩選擇入住潥陽南山和園開元名都度假村，主要考慮離宜興窯湖小鎮衹有15公里，離溧陽天目湖、平橋石壩也衹有20公里，南山竹海近在咫尺，直線距離2公里，出行遊玩方便。酒店佔地面積很大，開車進入逛了一圈也沒逛全，可以想像一下酒店之大。植被豐富，有大片的茶園，風景很好，活動設施多，有騎馬、卡丁車、寵物樂園、垂釣等，適合親子家庭全家出遊。酒店有別墅區，臨湖而居。我們入住的是主樓，陽台對面就是南山竹海，羣山連綿，空氣清新，有鄉村酒店的感覺。由於淡季出行，我們週日入住，共住了三天，週一早上是自助餐，週二、週三早上是半自助，這一點有點出乎意料。由於現在是淡季且非週末，酒店入住率低，在酒店用晚餐選擇比較少，衹能去南山竹海餐飲一條街用餐。總體來説，酒店服務比較好，員工盡心盡力，真心希望酒店加大宣傳力度，並進一步提升平日的餐飲，以吸引更多的遊客來入住，因為酒店的位置和環境值得更多人選擇入住。

Nice hotel with tidy, spacious, and modern rooms. Breakfast time ends too early at 9:30 am and has limited selection but still okay.
