"已經連續三年來度假了，總體來説特別好。就是這兩年作為我們的寶藏度假地人氣越來越旺，人也越來越多，一些客人的素質也層次不齊，喧嘩聲較大，稍微有點影響心情。但是酒店整體來説還是非常好的，就是房間隔音差了一些，隔壁房間幾乎是在我們的頭頂打呼，有點難受。其餘都是滿分，服務的滿分，衞生環境滿分。"

"Very good hotel. Lobby reception probably not so experienced with foreigners but always polite and helpful. Clean room and comfortable. All facilities were excellent. Didn't eat at the hotel, but noticed it was always very busy which is always a good indication. Certainly can recommend to visitors to Longyan. Close to train station (about 15 minutes by car)."

Room - my room faces the magnificent Guan Zhai Shan. Every morning wakes up to a scenic view of lush greenery and mountain Location - near to the Guan Zhai Shan entrance. We took a DiDi taxi there which costs about Rmb12. The hotel is also near to the city which is less than 10 mins by DiDi taxi Service - attentive and respectful services at the front desk Hotel amenities - new and luxurious with a nice swimming pool and spacious lobby Atmosphere- very relaxing, spacious and enjoyable feeling Breakfast- last a good variety. Quality of food is generally ok Restaurant - serves delicious Hakka food Overall we had a very enjoyable experience

酒店環境還是挺滿意的，酒店也大，房間前台人員給做了升級到比較新的3號樓，很感謝。 有幾點體驗不是很理想，第一是過年期間前台有送小童免費做手工，孩子還是很感興趣的，由於做手工的樓在卧石樓，本來説電瓶車送過去，結果電瓶車沒電了需要我們自己走過去，繞來繞去找了半天終於找到了卧石樓，本來初二的手工寫着是樹葉書簽娃比較想體驗，這個結果到了那邊工作人員説衹有冰箱貼和印刷，然後工作人員也是極其敷衍得指導了下，娃寫的第一個福字不太滿意，又拿了另一張紙寫了一個福字，工作人員説一個人衹能寫一張紙，這張紙應該就是紅色卡紙裁剪的（沒有手掌大）正月裏既然開設了這個手工課真的需要這麼在意這一張咪咪小的小卡紙嗎？雖然是免費的，但既然送了，娃有了期待，酒店能否認真對待呢？ 第二是吃早餐，我們刷了房卡，工作人員説我們房間已經來吃過了，一臉懵，後來説可能別的房間報錯房間號了，總之管理有點亂。還有早餐是否可以增加個蔬菜沙拉？

我們是去古城遊玩，定了這個酒店，衞生，設施環境，位置都不錯的，床墊睡着很舒服，距離景點也很近，唯一讓人不快樂的一件事，就是早餐的時候，煮麪的那個大姐態度極其惡略，吼着對客人説話，前面的客人都不開心，輪到我們他還是很不耐煩，我老公説了她兩句，她也不肯聲，音響了早晨的好心情～菜品還是很不錯的

This is an excellent hotel, breakfast is excellent and service is good. One suggestion is to mark room clearly as smoking and non-smoking room, which is international convention and will meet foreign traveller’s expectation. The second suggestion is provide different quilt for different season.

Though it’s a bit far from city centre but as a hot spring resort where u would spend time to relax, it’s a wonderful place to go with high CP value. Places were well maintained and very clean. Hot spring park was very nice with lots of helpful staffs around.
