"Our experience at Angsana Zhoushan has been extremely positive: facilities are new, hotel is spotless and moreover it is dog friendly! The food is also fresh and tasty.
We especially appreciated the front desk team, who were consistently helpful and accommodating with all our requests. We would also like to thank the gentleman at the entrance—always kind, attentive, and ready to take us around in the hotel’s shuttle cart. Finally, a special acknowledgement to the restaurant team, in particularly Andy, whose professionalism and help was much appreciated."

"Den här gången kom jag till Putuo Mountain och bodde på det nyöppnade Baiyuan Hotel i tre dagar och bokade totalt tre olika rumstyper. Hotellbutlerns tidiga ingripande före incheckningen väckte förväntan inför vistelsen. På incheckningsdagen skickade hotellet en bil för att möta oss vid kajen. Chauffören var varm och omtänksam och hjälpte till med bagaget. Efter ankomsten till hotellet levererade två killar från concierge-avdelningen bagaget till rummet och välkomstfrukter förbereddes också på rummet. När jag öppnade gardinerna i havsutsiktssviten jag bodde i, kom berget Loka till syne och jag kände storslaget i det buddhistiska kungariket hav och himmel. In addition to thanking the hotel housekeeper Xiao Dong for his warm, thoughtful and meticulous service, and the waitress who delivered coffee and ice cream and shuttled back and forth again and again, I would like to especially thank Director Zhang Zhiqiang of the Chinese restaurant, who carefully arranged delicious meals every day during our three-day stay. Since vegetarian meals are originally rather monotonous, a foreign chef was specially arranged to cook a table of delicious vegetarian food on the third day. "To be quite honest when we booked this hotel for one night only we didn’t have very high hopes for it. However, the contrary happened. Hilton Zhoushan turned out to be amazing; literally from the first minute that we stepped in we were greeted warmly by front desk staff. They speak very good English and the GM was very nice; once he realised that it’s our little daughter’s first birthday they offered cake and candles. They also brought a nice crib for the baby. Every single staff member’s behaviour was professional and friendly and respectful. On the 19th floor we had an amazing view of the lake and the surrounding landscape. We had a great time and will definitely come back."

Very clean.and mini bar was inclusive, and replenished daily, coffee only 2 capsules could do with more.
Breakfast was good (very busy but mid-autumn Festival period so.expected), wide variety of both Chinese & European food.
Negative points for a supposedly 5 star hotel, there is no food ordering room services, for breakfast, lunch, dinner, & late night snacks.
You can order local takeaways and delivery to hotel lobby.
No hotel car services available, even when requested 1-2 days in advance, had to use local Didi services."

Her attentive service and skill in arranging accommodations were instrumental in ensuring a wonderful and seamless stay. Her dedication to excellence is truly commendable. I was offered a room at Level 12, outside the lift lobby and also beside a group stay rooms which was really noisy. I was immedidately change to Higher floor room at Level 16 which was quiet and i have a very good night sleep. The view of Stadium was also very nice"

"The Westin in Zhoushan is a very large resort style property. We had a warm welcome from the front desk staff named Franky. He explained to us details about the hotel and how to visit the beach.
The room was large and clean. Housekeeping staff did a good job cleaning it and bringing extra water and towels for our children.
The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast food. Most of the food was bland and lacked a true western style breakfast. The coffee tasted bad and some of the food items were empty. The service in the café was fine, no complaints about the service.
I recommend this hotel to someone wanting a weekend getaway. There are many local seafood restaurants next to the hotel."

"A nice new hotel with big comfortable rooms. Very good breakfast. Hardly anybody speaks English which is not a very big deal these days. Shopping mall with varIous restaurants next door.
In the hotel they advertise, you have a free sauna pass, but the sauna is not operational :-)
Nevertheless, I enjoyed my stay here for one whole week."

GGästanvändareI'd say this is a good place to stay if you intend to stay in Putuoshan. They provide rather frequent shuttle bus rides to and from the jetty, so you can bring your luggage along and leave it at the hotel before starting your tour of the island. Wherever you go to, just take the island buses back to the jetty and catch the shuttle bus back to the hotel. It's also not that far from the main temple of the island, Puji Si, about 10 to 15 mins for the average walker. The room was clean and comfortable. Across the street there are convenient stores and restaurants. We also ate at the hotel's restaurant which was decent.

GGästanvändareThe location is tremendously convenient for travelers as it is just next to the bus transit station as well as Fa Yu Shi. It is highly recommended to stay here should you be spending a leisure time traveling in the north of Putuoshan Mountain as it will be taking up a day or 2 to go around the places nearby the Hotel. The breakfast @ the Hotel Restaurant was best and we really enjoy the food being served. The hotel service provided is no doubt to be superb.

GGästanvändare來普陀山的第四個年頭，這次選擇的希爾頓，酒店地理位置很方便距離法雨寺停車場比較近，也比較安靜，也是有免費碼頭接送的就很方便，下車後會有小姐姐幫忙拿行李，入住的時候遇到了前台小宋，辦理入住手續超級快，業務很熟練，之前都是住在普濟寺那邊，這次選擇了這裏，還沒等我問出口，小宋就特別熱情的跟我們介紹起了周邊坐車該怎麼坐，還跟我們説了好多詳細的攻略，感覺之前來都是在盲目的遊玩，還問了我們返程的行程，又推薦了島外住宿方便的酒店和餐廳，特別貼心。真的要給小宋一個大大的好評，同時表示感謝🙏下次來還會繼續選擇入住希爾頓花園酒店。

Went for my birthday this year. Plan to sit by beautiful outdoor pool, go to beach, see some temples, eat some good food.
Despite paying for upgrade, our room was on ground floor looking directly on construction. However, they did move us to a smaller room with great views.
Also, pool was “closed”. The whole reason I booked the hotel. However, after much negotiation, they let me use the pool.
The food was supposed to be excellent, but was really just mediocre. My travel partner is Chinese and I have lived here 8 years. I was just hoping the Chinese food was better. I didn’t even try the western food, as it did not look appealing.
Also, rules were not consistent. One morning we could eat breakfast outside, next morning we could not.
So a bit of a challenging birthday trip.

郭郭子荧The best hotel we have stayed in China! We got upgraded to an executive room which was really spacious. Even though the convenient store is not nearby, we managed to order a delivery from Watsons. The Reception desk is really helpful, knowing that a foreigner doesn’t have a local number to finalise the delivery order, the receptionist kindly lend me her number and received the delivery. She even sent my item up to my room! Dinner was great too! We had crab, hotpot, sushi and more at the buffet place. Eating great food while listening to the live jazz band, totally the right feel for Christmas! Will stay in a Sheraton again!

GGästanvändareThe hotel staff was good, but ı got a problem for payment with Visa credit card. As a global brand hotel 'Shangri-La” expected to accept internationla credit card payments but unfortunately not succesfull. Also Trip.com do not have agreement with hotel for ”online payment” which I can easly submit payment, but again unsuccesfull. Hope you can improve your service and agreement to give better support foreigner guest in China mainland.
