Sammantaget var det ganska bra 1. Kom tidigt och fick ett rum i tid, utan att vänta tills 15.00. Incheckning choklad gavs, som var mycket läckra 4. Mycket nära Pragtorget och andra attraktioner. Den enda nackdelen är att dekorationen är lite gammal, det finns inget USB-gränssnitt, det är nära vägen, det kommer att vara bullrigt och hårtorkens knapp i rummet är trasig.

Overall, this hotel was a mixed bag of great vibes and some annoyances. Got lucky with a top-floor room featuring two skylights and nice interior arrangement (it was a long desk behind the bed)—super aesthetic and gave off cool vibes. But the ventilation was a nightmare. Not sure if I couldn’t figure out the system or what, but the room felt insanely stuffy all day. Not hot, just suffocating, like the air was trapped with no flow. Even closing the skylight curtains for the day when out didn’t help; it was like the room was hoarding a day’s worth of stale heat. I cannot imagine I was sweating at night while it was 12°C outside... If they could fix the airflow or add some cooling, this place would be near perfect. I hung the “do not disturb” sign but left empty plastic bottles outside for pickup. Second and third mornings, they were still there—felt like no staff even came to this top floor (only two rooms up here on 4/F). Check-out was meh; the staff only cared if I used the Mini Bar, no questions about my stay. They seemed pretty junior. Now, the location? Absolutely unreal. No matter which attraction you hit, you’re back at the hotel in 15 minutes—crazy convenient. The hotel itself looks stunning, the kind of place that makes people jealous when they see you walk in. Honestly, aside from the stuffy room, I was pretty happy.

The breakfast was amazing! Very good spread! Delicious 😊 Very clean and nice hotel next to Kafka Head. Convenient to take the tram and lots of shops within walking distance! Lots of restaurants too!

Gorgeous hotel. Amazing lobby, even the atmosphere is lovely and always vibrant. The restaurant is nice, the waiters are nice. Everything was so perfect and comfortable. Delicious breakfast with a lot of variety. Amazing twin room with two separate queen size beds! Lovely view, dynamic neighborhood with everything you need. Several trams, buses and metros right next to the hotel. Supermarket Billa is downstairs as well. Clean room and bathroom. There’s YouTube in the room as well and complimentary water everyday. Lovely Easter decorations as well. We loved everything.

Hotellet ligger i en lugn del av staden med enkel tillgång till Gamla stan via den intilliggande tunnelbanestationen. Det finns några intressanta parker, bryggerier och vingårdar i närheten att gå till. Frukosten var ganska tillfredsställande med tillräckligt med alternativ. Executive-loungen hade en bra utsikt över staden och slottet. Smörgåsarnas utbud var bra men ändrades inte från dag till dag. Det verkade som att man måste betala extra för att använda poolen, vilket verkade konstigt! Sammantaget skulle detta vara ett hotell jag skulle återvända till.

We booked three rooms for a group of six and stayed for three nights. Upon check-in, we immediately found that the rooms were significantly smaller than what we had booked. After having contacted front desk and Trip.com, rooms cannot be changed and we were only offered very minimal compensation without clear explanation for the discrepancy in room size. We felt very frustrated not to mention the time wasted seeking for remedies. The hotel’s central location is perfect for exploring main attractions but several aspects of our stay did not meet expectations. 1. Room Size & Cleanliness: The room was small and the overall cleanliness was below average. For instance, the hairdryer full of fingerprints and grease (no hygiene bag) is put right next to clean bath towels. 2. Privacy Concern: An uninvited housekeeping staff entered our room without knocking to promote a €25 hotel branded teddy bear, which is totally unacceptable and lack of respect for privacy. 3. Breakfast Experience: Breakfast had a wide selection but it was served in the bar area (where is the main entrance of the hotel to reach hotel front desk) and mezzanine floor with fairly limited seats. Food was laid over bartender’s countertop that created a chaotic and stressful environment especially during the breakfast peak hours. 4. Security Concern: As the hotel was modernised from a historic building, there are structural limitations e.g. the staff / housekeeping lift and dedicated lift to the rooftop bar share the same lift lobby for hotel rooms. The bar lift somehow also provides access to hotel room floors. This poses security concerns since non-hotel/bar guests could potentially access hotel rooms without any security checks. This hotel would suit travelers who prioritize location than any things else. Based on our experiences, it should not be classified as a five star as it claims for.

Jalta Boutique Hotel Prag – En oförglömlig vistelse! Detta hotell överträffade mina förväntningar på alla sätt. Från det ögonblick jag klev in gjorde personalen allt för att göra vår vistelse exceptionell. Deras gästfrihet var verkligen oöverträffad. Mitt rum var fantastiskt – rent, rymligt och vackert designat. Balkongen erbjöd en hisnande utsikt, och trots att det låg mitt på ett livligt torg var rummet lugnt och tyst. Ett särskilt tack till det fantastiska teamet på The Fat Cat Restaurant & Bar – deras värme, energi och hårda arbete gjorde verkligen vår resa oförglömlig. Deras vänlighet och genuina relation gjorde vår vistelse något alldeles extra. Jag rekommenderar starkt Jalta Boutique Hotel till alla som besöker Prag – det är 100 % värt det!

The hotel is not bad, old but has its own charm, we actually liked the decor, the location is very good, the breakfast though is very average, nothing special. We had the worst chek-in experience in our life with Mr Nader, who was very rude, we have booked a superior double room and paid the full amount in advance, when we arrived he simply said he had no room available, and that he will move us to another hotel of theirs, and it was far from the location we chose to stay in for it's proximity to everything we wanted to visit, and that of course without even asking for our opinion. We said no and that it is unacceptable to move us to a hotel on the other side of prague, not in the same category, he even lied and said that it was also a five stars hotel but it was a 4 stars hotel. He was very unfriendly, extremely rude to us, he even insinuated that it was our fault because we had booked the room on the same day and he repeated it many times with a bad attitude. We did, but it was at least 8 hours earlier than our arrival, we even checked several times that the room was still available hours after our payment. He finally silently gave us a deluxe room with twin beds, without explaining anything, when we saw the room we told him that we are a couple on a romantic trip we want to stay in the same bed, he yelled at us saying that we insisted to stay in the hotel and not move to another one, and that the room he gave us is way better than the room we booked, which was a superior double room, we didn't really care about the room type more than we care that we got a double bed, but we finally accepted because we got no choice but to move to another hotel that night. They made the beds closer, but they kept moving away the whole night which was very weird and uncomfortable. He could've at least offered us free breakfast, but he instead made us pay for it, and told us if we want something we could go speak to the manager. It's never about money for us but the way he dealt with unsatisfied clients is the worst, and we work both in the tourism, in fact we are both managers! His colleagues the day after were more friendly and they moved us to a room with double bed with a great view, which we liked much more. A thing that we noticed is that the staff of this hotel are very unfriendly with no reason, they make you feel that you're bothering them just by walking by (the young blond girl in the reception, the breakfast staff, except for the young guy in the reception and the concierge, who was very nice welcoming and friendly and kept smiling the whole time. We would only recommend the hotel for its location and the artistic decor, but never for the service.
