Amazing location next to the Potsdamer Platz and literally steps away from the Memorial of the Murdered Jews and Brandenburger Tor. Also a super central location for getting to all the other tourist attractions like the East side gallery, alexanderplatz etc. The hotel itself is quite dated and simple, but cleanliness is maintained. Housekeeping was rather careless e.g. forgot to refill conditioner for both nights, sending same amenities twice, but fast to respond overall.

Haibolong Hotel: Hotellet ligger i ett rent och lugnt bostadsområde med en trevlig miljö. Ett köpcentrum med två stora stormarknader ligger mindre än en minuts promenad bort, vilket gör livet mycket bekvämt. Flera tunnelbanestationer finns i närheten, vanligtvis 5-7 minuters promenad bort. Det finns också flera restauranger i närheten, varav många ligger inom 10-15 minuters promenad. Xiaolongkan ligger två tunnelbanestationer bort. Tower-sviterna erbjuder utmärkt valuta för pengarna, med en fristående minibar och en executive lounge där du kan njuta av drinkar och utsikt (stänger kl. 22). Servicen är också mycket bra. På grund av ett oavsiktligt tryck på ”Stör ej”-knappen, när jag återvände till mitt rum runt 17.00, upptäckte jag att rummet inte hade städats eller att minibaren hade bytts ut. Efter att ha informerat receptionen ändrade de den faktiskt åt mig, eftersom personalen som ansvarade för städning och byte av den raden borde ha slutat jobbet efter 17.00.

The hotel is stylish and beautiful and owns a very impressive restaurant. unfortunately the breakfast is overpriced. The selection is small and not appropriate for the high price. Unfortunately, the quality of the breakfast was not as high as the price would justify. The cheese, salmon, sauces and co. were already dried out and obviously from the day before. I booked this hotel as a Hyatt member assuming it belongs to the World of Hyatt. At arrival I was told that only the advertising is done via the website and no Hyatt benefits can be applied.

Well appointed, but a walk to almost anything of use with the no shops and bars nearby. Facilities and service are excellent, and beds were comfortable in well appointed rooms.

Pullman Berlins läge är lätt att nå med kollektivtrafik. Det ligger bredvid Berlins zoo och vårt rum har utsikt över den. Renligheten är perfekt. Kundservicen är fantastisk. Det finns bara ett problem med att boka vår frukost eftersom det var ett kommunikationsproblem mellan receptionen och receptionspersonalen i frukostrummet som gjorde att vi inte fanns med på listan två dagar i rad. Men överlag rekommenderar jag starkt Pullman Berlin Schweizerhof till alla som planerar en resa till Berlin.

I travel around often and I sleep in hotels many nights a year, I had never experienced the situation that I had when I arrived at the Hilton Berlin. I had booked, and paid for a ‘Twin Room with Dome View’ about 4 months before the trip. Upon check-in, I was automatically assigned a room that was not twin nor Dome View (you can see the view in the pictures below); I went back to reception twice, to complain that this was not the room I had booked, the hotel staff was most unhelpful, they didn’t allow me to speak with the manager, nor did they provided any solution or any sort of compensation, their answer simply was that the hotel was booked up and that there was nothing they could do. This was wrong for different reasons, first they assigned me a room that only had one bed, secondly they didn’t provide any solution other than adding a little roller bed to the room, third they didn’t allow me to speak with the manager. I am very disappointed, these sort of experiences do not belong to a hotel chain like Hilton. This unfortunate incident tainted my stay at the hotel. I hope this review gets somehow to someone at Hilton and does something to avoid any further guests having a similar experience. Furthermore, the sauna facilities was apparently not part of the room rate (this was not mentioned whatsoever) and when I checked out I found that I had to pay for every single time I used the sauna.

stayed 1 night, the hotel is a 5 star according to the ratings they have 1 small complementary water for two people WOW go figure not even to make coffee. Breakfast was good however. staff were friendly. The place is easy to get to by train. just do some research if you take the train.

電報局爆改 住過的舊改酒店已經不少，還是有被驚喜到，公區的用色方案（燈、軟裝）完美解決了老工業冷硬疏離感，給人柔和心情 客房細節太6️⃣了，服務也周到，前台🇩🇪帥哥國語還相當好，一問住過深圳，還有中文名“海金”😬 這絕對是個神仙酒店，門外直走博物館島（&默克爾家在這旮瘩），南邊是出過57個諾貝爾獎得主和n多偉人名人的洪堡大學街區 夜裡在“學區房”周邊nightwalk，哈克庭院是一個多開口的圍合式“創意園”，其中一個窄小的過道進入後豁然是一組別開生面的亞文化羣體聚集點，各色年輕人扎堆（8️⃣-9️⃣）。 週末很熱鬧，天氣怡人，沿街清吧都不少人，可能下一位諾獎得主正在牛飲啤酒侃大山😌 值得一提，附近有三顧冒菜！來吧，吃一頓200人民幣的冒菜哈哈哈哈

It is fully equipped with a kitchen including a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee machine, suitable for both short and long-term stays. The rooms are elegantly designed and feature comfortable king-size spring beds, providing an excellent sleeping experience
