酒店坐落於離亞瑟王座不遠，是座歷史悠久的莊園。有自己美麗的草坪、還有蘇格蘭高地牛可以拍照。酒店內的裝飾很美，很用心，都是有歷史感的文物。美中不足的就是房間比較小，但床非常舒服。酒店的餐廳也是一家評價不錯的英式餐廳。可以嚐嚐。

Traveled with my wife and our 10-year-old kid. The location was superb, right in the heart of town—near Scott Monument and directly in front of Victoria Garden. The hospitality was top-notch, especially in the F&B department. A waitress from Asia (likely Nepal) was exceptionally professional and friendly. An amazing place to stay with family & friends—highly recommended!

Everything was overall very good. The location was exceptional. The rooms were so handy and practical, there was a quite functional and almost fully equipped kitchen and there was even a washing machine. I was planning to have breakfast outside - in a coffee shop or bakery, but i changed my plans to have my breakfast in the room sine the room was like studio and had given me a cosy feeling in the middle of the city center. The only downfall was that instead of keycards, they gave me a pincode (like numeric password) to open the doors and the codes were hand written by receptions and handed to customers just like that. This seemed to me not very safe while it may sound somehow practical to some other people in other ways. Maybe i need to get used to it if this method is going to be applied everywhere in the future, who knows.

Good points: The location is perfect, city centre. Service is above average. We had the breakfasts, not buffet style but actually v good. Al carte style, not easy to over eat.walking distance to a lot of attractions and starting points of local tours. Staff at reception were helpful and friendly. Above average. Check in. Check out smooth. Although my family of 4 while in UK, would book 2 rooms, recently, probably for the fun of the booking staff (definitely felt intentional) or the inadequacy of the computers, our family would be placed in 2 rooms in different floors, this time it DID NOT HAPPEN. So special thanks to W hotel for making this normal request come true. Not good points: Although nothing wrong with artificial friendliness, however, when all our luggage was delayed by British Airway, and there was a reasonable line in check in. The reception staff maybe could cut down the chatting with the guests and focused in doing the job and checking us in quicker. House keeping was below average, dirty glasses were not cleaned or replaced for TWO days. However this was not uncommon in UK in general. Breakfast ordering in the restaurant, orders were missed twice but actually above average in UK. Reminder: The hotel slippers were nice. Available on request, they would pretend the slippers were in the rooms, they would be available when requested Free. Thanks.

От отеля такого уровня и цены ожидаешь большего на завтрак. Хотя бы вкусного кофе :) ну и стаканчик для зубных щеток в ванной тоже не помешает. Кстати, о кофе - если прийти в 8 утра и позже, то пока дождёшься официанта с кофе утсать можно - что мешает отелю поставить кофе машину чтобы я сам себя обслужил - загадка. Расположение на отлично, все в пешей доступности. Номер большой, высота потолков вызывает вау эффект :) кровать выше всех похвал. Есть спортзал, бассейн, spa и даже в номере коврик для йоги и весы - ничем вышеперечисленным не пользовался :)) Просят залог 150 фунтов при заезде. Можно подумать у них тут жулики живут и я убегу не заплатив. В целом учитывая цену я бы дважды подумал - возможно рядом есть дешевле, но не сильно то и хуже. Ресторан через дорогу Kyole - просто блестяще! Рекомендую 👍 и чуть дальше, но тоже в минуте ходьбы, хороший магазин килтов и традиционной одежды, не сувенирная лавка как на Роял Миле. В аэропорт мы уехали на автобусе номер 100, очень удобно, остановка автобуса в двух минутах от входа в отель, остановка в аэропорту прямо напротив входа, цена за двоих с багажом 11 фунтов, внутри есть место куда ставить сумки. Доехали за 30 минут. Все удобно и быстро.
