"Beautiful resort. We came on weekdays so it wasn’t crowded but still lively. Unfortunately the pony ride is not available on weekdays but there are other amenities to keep children busy. The room was comfortable and spacious. The resort feels modern and clean. Highly recommended!"

"Hotellläge ia lätt att hitta.Vi älskar pinträd, rum, pooler och renhet.Vi uppgraderade till 4 BR villa istället för 3 BR, men ett av rummen har ingen drottning säng som 3 BR. Frukoster är ganska bra med de flesta alternativ är lokala kök med jamu-gräsdrycker.Inga hårtorkare i rummet men du kan alltid be dem ge dig en.Inga klädkabiner i rummet. Personalen är vänliga och välkomna och är alltid redo att hjälpa.Vi ses igen nästa gång."

"I had an excellent stay at Pullman Hotel and truly enjoyed every moment of my visit. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel warmly welcomed with their professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail. The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with very comfortable bedding that ensured a great night’s sleep. I especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities and the beautiful interior design, which reflects Pullman’s contemporary luxury style. The dining experience was outstanding — breakfast offered a wide variety of high-quality international and local dishes, all fresh and delicious. "Quiet, relaxing, boutique hotel. Cabinets smelled musty and made the room smell like that too, maybe housekeeping could air them out more or place dehumidifiers. Some mold on the seals on the bathroom glass partition, which should be easy enough to replace. Food could be better. Overall though, it was great stay for us who were looking for a quick getaway from the city."

"Its a very nice and tranquil hotel. The rooms and buildings are rather old (built in the 80s), but they were maintained properly. The fixtures in the room, however, could use an upgrade to more modern ones, auch as rhe toilet bowl, cabinets, shower tiles, night stands, tables and chair. I stayed at a room with hot tub, and the hot tub is big and beautiful, but looks rather old and need to be renovated. It was a big room so it makes the rate that I paid was very worth it. The self parking was not covered. I arrived when it was raining hard. I soaked my clothes as there no umbrella I can borrow nor anybody there to help with umbrella. I reported to receptionist with my soaking wet clohtes, they just apologized and nothing to be done, not even offer towel to dry my clothes. This was big disappointment as it was a novotel, hospitality attention should be paid. The hotel was kind of a javanese old colonial model, so open style and you can enjoy fresh air. When the weather is hot, however, it could be really hot and steamy. Over all, it was a value for money hotel. Check in was very pleasant and fast. Since it was a secluded area which brings tranquility and fresh ait, it is located in rather secluded housing compound. So u have to go through rather small street to get here and no other restaurant except in the hotel. However, it is next to bogor raya golf course and they provide bicycle for excursion, also other activities. Keep it up, I will definitely come back to stay when I golf around the area or short staycation with family."

"整體感覺不好。別墅院子很小。花草雜亂無章。感覺進了荒屋一樣。整個園藝設計不整潔。雜亂無章的感覺。加上又是下雨天。濕氣重。被子感覺濕濕的。沒有任何視野可觀。深居山裡。如果喜歡深居山裡那是可以去體驗"
