因為前一站威尼斯瑞吉給我們留下極好的印象，以為佛羅倫薩瑞吉也一樣出色，但事與願違。連住三晚，第一晚淋浴到一半，開始流淚流鼻涕，眼睛漸漸難以睜開，打很多次噴嚏，應該是對什麼過敏了。離開浴室，稍微好轉，第二晚又繼續，比第一晚更加厲害，不知是不是我對浴室使用的清潔劑過敏，請客房服務員來對淋浴房進行沖洗，第三晚仍舊如此，都是洗澡到一半，開始涕淚不止，流淚到眼睛不能睜開，還好衹住三晚，離開佛羅倫薩，到了羅馬瑞吉，立刻症狀消失。

Absolutely loved everything about this hotel … the spa , gym , garden, restaurant, ambiance and the service is top notch! Will definitely come back again ! Ciao 💋

位置很好，步行可以到烏菲茲、百花大教堂等，非常方便。 因為酒店處於老城區，房子比較古老，但是總體來説體驗不錯。

Oda geniş yataklar konforluydu. Şehir merkezine belirli saatlerde shuttle var. Genel olarak memnun kaldık, tekrar geldiğimizde burada kalabiliriz.

Perfect location, 10 mins walk from the train station, the hotel is in an upscale area and everything is within walkable distance! Fully air conditioned, spacious and clean room, friendly staff! It was a pleasant stay, will definitely stay there again!

入住當天上午我提前抵達，雖然未到規定的辦理時間，但前台員工主動協助我提前入住，對此我十分感謝。然而，我被安排入住的房間存在明顯問題：不僅緊鄰雜物間（不知為何在意大利我總被分到此類房間），而且室內下水道氣味濃重。本想着工作人員讓我提前入住已是照顧，便打算忍耐。可淋浴之後，異味愈發嚴重，實在無法忍受連續住三晚。 外出返回後，我向前台提出換房請求，接待的是一位不同的女員工。她顯得很不情願，神情中流露出嫌麻煩的態度，表現不夠專業。雖然最終為我更換了房間，但新房間的衞生間比之前小了近一半，我不確定是否為同等房型。 直到次日，另一位前台女孩主動為此前的房間問題向我致歉，也承認了異味的存在。整體而言，這次入住經歷可謂優劣交織，服務水平參差不齊。
