"The hotel is really disappointing. Location is good and convenient. Walking distance to a few scenery points. However，cannot imagine such a high star hotel has security issue that on the first day we found our suitcase zip moved off and password changed to a different number. The room is not tidy and facility just so so... not worth the cost."

"A fantastic stay at Nobu Hotel Rome. A small boutique hotel in a great location, tucked away in a quiet area yet perfectly central. There were a few minor hiccups, but they were immediately and efficiently addressed by Giovanni and the front desk team, who genuinely went out of their way to make sure my family and I were well taken care of. "Hotel zdecydowanie godny polecenia, świetnie położony w samym centrum zabytkowego Rzymu, co docenią zarówno turyści, jak i goście biznesowi. Jakość obsługi jest na najwyższym poziomie. Definitely a recommendable hotel, well located in the centre of historic Rome, which tourists and business travellers will appreciate. The quality of service is of the highest standard. When you enter, you get the impression that the staff are committed to making your stay enjoyable. To this end, the staff go to great lengths to ensure that all guests are remembered and their needs are met. I appreciated the fact that, despite the hotel being fully booked, not only was it possible to get a room earlier than the time originally stated, but it was also agreed (at no extra charge) that we could leave an hour later. As for the food, the lack of a buffet is perhaps a little inconvenient, but this can be explained by the fact that it would be difficult to fit it into the hotel restaurant, so food is delivered to the tables. However, guests can eat to their heart's content, and the food choices are really satisfactory - there is always a hot dish for each breakfast. The roof terrace is atmospheric and a good place to eat and drink. The rooms may not be large, but they are perfectly adequate. It is modern and clean."

"Location is excellent as it allows traveler to go from the central railway station to the hotel by a walk (5 mins) and avoid queuing for taxi that in Rome are notoriously rare and scam tourist and Italians alike. Downside is that at night (I'd suggest avoiding walking around past 10pm) the area is unsafe due to the large numbers of homeless people wandering around. Hotel itself was great, polite and helpful staff, beautiful setting (in particular the dining/breakfast area) and nice rooms, quite spacious by Rome standard. Breakfast was good, specially if you prefer a sweet breakfast (excellent cakes!) but somewhat lacking of savory options."

"攜程付過款。到店前台以為我沒付款讓我刷卡，我以為是收按金，就tap然後輸密碼。發現金額太大，提了一嘴，這是按金嗎，我房費付過了哦。前台才發現重複扣了，又給我撤銷扣款。 到這裏還算正常。 然後騷操作來了，半夜2點給我又扣了一次，無卡交易，不過我鎖卡了沒扣成功。 最後酒店解釋是實習生操作失誤。就看你信不信吧。還説下次來給我打折。亞洲遊客能來幾次呢。這操作很難評。 既然知道我付過了，為什麼要記下我卡號。問過銀行，沒可能tap一下就知道所有卡號訊息，衹能是酒店自己看卡片記的。 不想掏卡想用現金的，也別想了，我去交40歐城市税的時候，前台説了cashless。"

"Such a lovely hotel with staff who couldn't do enough to make it a perfect stay. I saw some of them being given a hard time by not-so-gracious guests, and all of them were able to handle it with complete professionalism. Very well trained and kind to us. We would definitely recommend this hotel."
