"Hotel zdecydowanie godny polecenia, świetnie położony w samym centrum zabytkowego Rzymu, co docenią zarówno turyści, jak i goście biznesowi. Jakość obsługi jest na najwyższym poziomie. Od momentu wejścia ma się wrażenie, że personelowi zależy na tym, aby pobyt był naprawdę komfortowy. Robiąc to, personel dokłada wszelkich starań, aby wszyscy goście zostali zapamiętani, a ich potrzeby zostały spełnione. Doceniłem to, że pomimo pełnego obłożenia, nie tylko udało się dostać pokój wcześniej niż pierwotnie deklarowany czas, ale także zgodzono się (bez dodatkowych opłat) na opuszczenie go godzinę później. Jeśli chodzi o jedzenie, to może trochę niewygodny jest brak bufetu, ale można to wytłumaczyć tym, że trudno byłoby go zmieścić w hotelowej restauracji, więc jedzenie jest dostarczane do stolików. Goście mogą jednak jeść do woli, a wybór potraw jest naprawdę zadowalający - w ramach każdego śniadania jest zawsze jedno danie na ciepło. Taras na dachu jest bardzo klimatyczny, gdzie można zarówno zjeść, jak i wypić drinka. Pokoje może nie są duże, ale w zupełności wystarczające. Jest nowocześnie i czysto. Definitely a recommendable hotel, well located in the centre of historic Rome, which tourists and business travellers will appreciate. The quality of service is of the highest standard. When you enter, you get the impression that the staff are committed to making your stay enjoyable. To this end, the staff go to great lengths to ensure that all guests are remembered and their needs are met. I appreciated the fact that, despite the hotel being fully booked, not only was it possible to get a room earlier than the time originally stated, but it was also agreed (at no extra charge) that we could leave an hour later. As for the food, the lack of a buffet is perhaps a little inconvenient, but this can be explained by the fact that it would be difficult to fit it into the hotel restaurant, so food is delivered to the tables. However, guests can eat to their heart's content, and the food choices are really satisfactory - there is always a hot dish for each breakfast. The roof terrace is atmospheric and a good place to eat and drink. The rooms may not be large, but they are perfectly adequate. It is modern and clean."

"The hotel is really disappointing. Location is good and convenient. Walking distance to a few scenery points. However，cannot imagine such a high star hotel has security issue that on the first day we found our suitcase zip moved off and password changed to a different number. The room is not tidy and facility just so so... not worth the cost."

"The room is spotless -sheets are being changed sometimes TWICE A DAY (!),I stayed at the deluxe room which had amazing Roman architectural elements such as extremely highly ceilings with “wavy” ceiling,big windows with antique vibes. The room is modernly designed with great amenities. I give the hotel extra points on using “Acqua di Parma” toiletries, it means a lot in my opinion when a luxury hotel use luxury toiletries. The hotel staff is out of this world -very helpful,very kind and very welcoming. The reception staff is very patient and will go above and beyond in order to help the guest to have the best experience in Rome . Regarding the location -the hotel is 8 minutes walking from the from the colosseum,should I add more ?"

"Tyst och skönt.Landskapet är bra och ser långt i hela den gamla staden i Rom.Det är bekvämt att resa till centrum i den gamla staden i mer än tio minuter och att komma tillbaka klockan tio på kvällen.Varje receptionschef är entusiastisk, vänlig och entusiastisk rekommendation om stadsgångslinjer och restauranger. Här har vi en hemlig känsla av en veckas resa till Rom."

"Location is excellent as it allows traveler to go from the central railway station to the hotel by a walk (5 mins) and avoid queuing for taxi that in Rome are notoriously rare and scam tourist and Italians alike. Downside is that at night (I'd suggest avoiding walking around past 10pm) the area is unsafe due to the large numbers of homeless people wandering around. Hotel itself was great, polite and helpful staff, beautiful setting (in particular the dining/breakfast area) and nice rooms, quite spacious by Rome standard. Breakfast was good, specially if you prefer a sweet breakfast (excellent cakes!) but somewhat lacking of savory options."
