"Well? The hotel is gorgeous! Installations and the concept is amazing. The room is spacious with amazing city view. The bed is huge and super comfortable, also pillows are kinda clouds. Loved that. The reception always ready to help. But at the check out hour there’s a long line, so to avoid it I checked out earlier. That was pros. Now cons. Cleaning service always forgets something. Like one day I didn’t find cotton buds, another day they didn’t put the toilet paper etc. For such a class of the hotel it’s unacceptable. Also there’s no iron and iron desk in a room so you should ask to bring it and if it’s peak hour you should wait some hours. Unacceptable again. Location isn’t really wow because all the restaurants and activities and shopping are away and at the peak hours the subway is super crowded because the hotel located in the business area. Overall, the hotel is really nice but cons are bigger so I would not stay there again. Shinsaibashi area looks more attractive for me, also there’s another Candeo in that area so next time I’ll try to stay there. Thanks for the reception guys and girls. "Just returned from our stay at New Otani Hotel, and it was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with friendly staff and exceptional hospitality – truly 5-star service. Our room was clean, comfortable, and the view overlooking Osaka Castle was simply breathtaking. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of both Western and Japanese options, and everything was delicious. We were also touched by the thoughtful birthday gift prepared for my husband – such a sweet and personal touch that made our stay even more special. This has been our best stay in Japan so far, and we’re already thinking of coming back again, hopefully during sakura season. Highly recommended!"

"Fantastic Hotel, very clean very spacious and they cannot do enough for you, very handy location being 50 m from the main airport to Nanda railway line, you don’t hear the railway line and we got a room on the 24th floor with fabulous views over the harbour, would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone especially if you want to tour around and see the surrounding towns, I can’t think they will be a better hotel in a better location in Osaka 10 out of 10 for me"
