"I had a wonderful stay at Grand Prince Hotel Osaka Bay. Everything about this hotel was excellent—from the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms to the high level of service provided by the staff. The facilities are well maintained, and the atmosphere is calm and relaxing, making it a perfect place to unwind after a long day. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, and every detail felt carefully considered. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and helpful, which truly enhanced the overall experience. The only minor downside is that the hotel is a little far from the city center. However, transportation is still convenient, and the peaceful location can actually be a plus for guests who prefer a quieter environment away from the crowds."

"Just returned from our stay at New Otani Hotel, and it was absolutely wonderful! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with friendly staff and exceptional hospitality – truly 5-star service. Our room was clean, comfortable, and the view overlooking Osaka Castle was simply breathtaking. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of both Western and Japanese options, and everything was delicious. We were also touched by the thoughtful birthday gift prepared for my husband – such a sweet and personal touch that made our stay even more special. This has been our best stay in Japan so far, and we’re already thinking of coming back again, hopefully during sakura season. Highly recommended!"

"Well? The hotel is gorgeous! Installations and the concept is amazing. The room is spacious with amazing city view. The bed is huge and super comfortable, also pillows are kinda clouds. Loved that. The reception always ready to help. But at the check out hour there’s a long line, so to avoid it I checked out earlier. That was pros. Now cons. Cleaning service always forgets something. Like one day I didn’t find cotton buds, another day they didn’t put the toilet paper etc. For such a class of the hotel it’s unacceptable. Also there’s no iron and iron desk in a room so you should ask to bring it and if it’s peak hour you should wait some hours. Unacceptable again. Location isn’t really wow because all the restaurants and activities and shopping are away and at the peak hours the subway is super crowded because the hotel located in the business area. Overall, the hotel is really nice but cons are bigger so I would not stay there again. Shinsaibashi area looks more attractive for me, also there’s another Candeo in that area so next time I’ll try to stay there. Thanks for the reception guys and girls. "Amazing location to explore around Osaka and Kyoto. It’s in beautifully located in the midst of a river. Walking distance to 2 metro lines, with Hidobashi being one stop away from Umeya Osaka area. Hotel provides a shuttle bus service there, and hotel is walking distance to many nearby good food places. With a late supermarket which closes at 12 nearby, it is convenient place to stay with river view. There are many family mart shops to buy Famichiki as well! 😋"

Plus, the Metro is just a five-minute walk away! 🚶♀️ I can even hop on a bus for a quick ten-minute ride to Tennoji. 🚌 15 min walk to osaka castle. 🏰 This spot is perfect for exploring the city! I can spend hours browsing the Kintetsu Department Store and stocking up on essentials at the Aeon Supermarket. Plus, snagging cute finds at Daiso is always a win. 🤩 Need toiletries?
