"The location of the hotel is pretty convenient. 5–6 minutes walk to Hommachi St., which you can easily use to travel to Kyoto, Kobe, etc.  The check-in and check-out were really fast, and we had an upgrade, which was worth the price. I had read the previous reviews about the rudeness of the staff, which is not actually due to this, but it’s the language barrier that could make a tired traveller a little less patient.  If you wish to ask something more specific, please don’t be afraid to use the Google Translate app to help you with the communication. The staff have been really helpful to all of our enquiries. Some remarks were about the hotel lobby being on the 15th floor, but they have a dedicated entrance for taxis or cars to reach the hotel.  Bonus: if you exit through KoKuMiN Osaka Metro Yodoyabashi Station (Exit 4) on your right is a local grocery store that sells local produce and other fruits/food products. It's cheaper to go here to buy your drinks and fruits, etc."

"The hotel is located very close to the train station — just a short walk to the right after you exit. There’s even a 7-Eleven right next door, which makes it super convenient. It’s perfect for those who have an early morning flight, as Kansai Airport is only a few stations away. The staff were incredibly friendly and available 24 hours a day. The room itself was impressive — though not large, it had everything you could possibly need. There were indoor slippers, a comfortable large bed, drinkable tap water, and plenty of power outlets all around the room. I especially loved that I could work, charge my phone, and power my devices all at once. They even provided charging cables for both computers and phones — such a thoughtful touch! Pajamas were also included (a top and bottom set), which was super convenient because you can wear them to the 7-Eleven downstairs without any problem. The hotel also offers shared facilities like washing machines, microwaves, and personal care items that you can pick up anytime. There’s even a public bath (onsen) open during specific hours. "Zentis has become my favorite hotel in Osaka! The service is excellent, and the staff are always attentive, friendly, and ready to help with anything. Breakfasts are delicious, and the location is perfect — very convenient for exploring the city. The hotel is new, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable — a real gem! My stay was so pleasant and memorable. I’m already looking forward to coming back!"

"The hotel is within walking distance from the JR Osaka Station. You can find lots of department stores and good restaurants when you walk along to the Umeda Station. The room is relatively spacious in Osaka."

"Very nice Hotel good stuff a little outdated compared to the four seasons, but that being said it’s the Ritz so it was good. I do not recommend the Michelin star restaurant breakfast buffet very good. I would not come here again, but if you are into old vintage settings then this is for you, still giving up five stars but no comparison to the four seasons"

"So glad to find a hotel with such a convenient location! 🚉 It's right next to the Kintetsu station, which makes getting around a breeze. Plus, the Metro is just a five-minute walk away! 🚶♀️ I can even hop on a bus for a quick ten-minute ride to Tennoji. 🚌 15 min walk to osaka castle. 🏰 This spot is perfect for exploring the city! I can spend hours browsing the Kintetsu Department Store and stocking up on essentials at the Aeon Supermarket. Plus, snagging cute finds at Daiso is always a win. 🤩 Need toiletries? "Fantastic Hotel, very clean very spacious and they cannot do enough for you, very handy location being 50 m from the main airport to Nanda railway line, you don’t hear the railway line and we got a room on the 24th floor with fabulous views over the harbour, would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone especially if you want to tour around and see the surrounding towns, I can’t think they will be a better hotel in a better location in Osaka 10 out of 10 for me"

"Everthing about the hotel is fantastic except the breakfast which is very mediocre. The location has access to a few train lines besides being the 1st stop from Kaisai Airport on Haruku line. Below hotel has 3 floors of restaurants and a departmental store with supermarket. The hotel room has great view of Osaka city from morning to night."

"My stay at the Royal Hotel was excellent. The highlight was the complimentary shuttle bus to Osaka city, which ran every 15 minutes and made getting around incredibly convenient. The hotel's location is also great, with a 7-Eleven and restaurants right downstairs on B1 – perfect for snacks and meals. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Osaka."
