Inside, the room felt well-designed, particularly the bathroom. It’s quite large by Japanese standards, and the bathtub is actually big enough to relax in. They provide bath salts and powders, which is a nice touch, as is the Dyson hairdryer—it's a significant upgrade over the standard wall-mounted versions you usually find in hotels. Overall, it was a practical, pleasant stay where the location and the views really justified the choice.

Here are some aspects that I found a bit inconvenient during my check-in, and I'd like to share them with you. 1. The housekeeper suggested wearing the clothes and slippers provided by the hotel. It's a pity that all the sizes are the same. It doesn't matter much about the clothes, but the slippers are too big. They make it extremely difficult to walk and it's very easy to and fall. 2. There are a lot of steps in the room. An elderly person in my family tripped and fell when going to the toilet in the middle of the night. You must be careful at night. 3. Most of the customers are Japanese. As for payment, they can only pay in cash or use Visa or Master cards. UnionPay cards cannot be used here. 4. One last thing to pay special attention to is the door of the room. You need to lock it additionally both when entering and exiting the room. If you don't fasten all the locks from the inside when you come in, people outside will be able to open the door. We've already had the embarrassing experience of three of us lying in bed when a group of people suddenly burst in from outside. Please keep this in mind.

Så fantastiskt hotell!!Att komma från en airbnb i Tokyo till här är en absolut 180-graders förändring.Vi bokar bara standardtwin rum men det är ganska rymligt och mycket ren!!Och toaletten är mycket rymlig med badkaret är också mycket trevligt!! Personalen är mycket trevlig och när de märker från mitt pass att det är min födelsedag de erbjuder vänligt att dekorera mitt rum.Framför allt är hotellet bara Höger bredvid stationen så det är mycket bekvämt. Det är absolut fantastiskt under vintern för min bild nedan.Allt i allt skulle definitivt stanna här igen!

I chose this hotel specifically for its private bath, only to discover that reservations must be made 2-3 months in advance via email/phone call. The hotel does provide a shuttle bus from Sapporo city, which typically takes about an hour, but you also need to book that at least a month in advance, according to various bloggers. It was quite disappointing not to enjoy the private bath experience and to have to arrange our own transportation from/back to the city. The frustrating part is that you wouldn’t know the advance booking requirement when you make a reservation through Trip.com or similar platforms. Everything about this hotel was fantastic! The location is very convenient, with a tram stop and a convenience store just nearby. Getting around is easy, and they even provide a free shuttle to Sapporo Station, which was a lifesaver, dragging suitcases in the snow is no fun at all. It’s also super easy to get to the airport, as the airport limousine stop is right in front of the hotel. Overall, a superb choice for anyone visiting Sapporo!
