Had an awesome stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Vientiane. Everything was excellent, from the comfortable rooms to the great service. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall experience exceeded expectations. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is one of the tallest buildings in Laos, which allows for a very distant viewing distance across the city. The breakfast is good and amenities are modern. Nat and Berry were very friendly and helpful in fulfilling requests.

The location is wonderful and the hotel design very stylish. On arrival and throughout our stay the staff were super friendly and helpful.

We stayed here when traveling back via Vientiane airport. So we only stayed for one short night. I have a mixed feedback Very positive: The staff is really friendly, helpful and also spoke very good English; the pickup from train station and transfer to airport worked very smoothly and was easy to arrange. Also the breakfast was quite delicious. The outdoor facilities like pool and surroundings also very well maintained and beautiful arranged. Not positive/ convincing The room itself are just old and outdated. Old facilities, used, not modernized. Just from a different area. I can't say not clean but you also don't have the impression everything very clean as it just ”used up”. We have been in Laos in some hotels, unfortunately I need to say this one did not meet the others and this mainly due to the rooms Location is okay. Not in the old quarter but more in the modern / new city part. Depends what is preferred.

An amazing property with all its colonial charm - the reception , bar and pool area are amazing. The room is comfortable , air conditioning quiet and efficient. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is basic. Location really convenient. Recommend for a day or two of relaxation

酒店的房間佈置很温馨，很滿意，床品也舒服。酒店的熱水很大，24 小時都有熱水，然後空調也製冷，隔音效果也好。酒店地理位置非常的好找，從機場直接打車到酒店，到前台後還問了前台去遊玩的景點，前台都一一規劃，會説中文，特別的好。第二天早上，比較驚喜的就是酒店的早餐口味非常的好，是亞洲口味和西方早餐都挺好的。性價比，尤其是性價比沒得説！我要表揚一下前台小姐姐 麗娜真的非常非常的好，非常的親切，還推薦我們喝當地的咖啡和當地的飲品，服務相當到位，下次還會選擇入住的

The purpose of this stay was to rest on a long layover. For that this hotel served its purpose. English is very limited It was difficult to to arrange for the airport pick up even though a reservation was made. The desk staff was friendly but the breakfast staff was not. Breakfast was ok Close to airport.

I truly enjoy staying in Ramada where I feel home, a very new and modern hotel, there are everything complete in the room. All the staff at front desk are very helpful especially Mr. Lou who is very informative and Jinna help me buying train ticket from Vientiane to Xishuangbanna also another one Ping Ping. Gym room is good enough for me to do my regular exercise. Very sure will come back to stay again if I visit Vientiane next time.

Fantastic hotel ! Spent 2 nights here , everything is good . Good service, good location, highly recommend!

韓國酒店。都是韓國團隊。設施齊全，但是衞生需要改進。環境一般般，位置偏僻。離市區遠。酒店後方是爛尾樓和空草地。服務一般，不會中文，會韓語，所以有語言需求的不建議選擇。早餐韓式，有泡菜。
