I booked this for my daughter and husband first wedding anniversary. They said it was amazing the club lounge everything for everyone from morning till night. The room filled with balloons and fresh rose petals in a heart shape on the bed and to top it off a wedding anniversary cake. The hotel facilities could not fault the pool the beach everything they experienced made their anniversary so special and memorable.

We totally enjoyed our stay at The CHEDI and were sorry to leave . although we moved to another excellent 5 star Hotel in Qatar we missed the ”warm welcome home ” feeling we had been so enjoying at The Chedi .. The room was incredibly comfortable (especiilay the wonderful bed 0 and the facilities perfect for us ..It was lovely to have such well trained and accomodating staff ..The breakfast spread was delectable , the gym perfect and the dining options nearby as well as in house outstanding ...Were looking forward to our next Qatar visit ..the hotel choice is now simple ..Thankyou to all the delightful CHEDI staff .

This is a very nice hotel. Very kind staff and accommodating. My husband and I enjoyed our stay. All things are high quality, good service! The food is amazing. The breakfast, and the dinner we tried them and they never disappoint! We will come back to this hotel hopefully and truly, it is worth it! Detta är verkligen femstjärnig kvalitet. Lobbyn och rummen är unikt designade, rena och rymliga. Varje rum har en kaffebryggare, ett litet kylskåp, gott om handdukar och badlakan, ett värdeskåp och en strykbräda – alla bekvämligheter finns, och läget är mycket bekvämt. Mitt flyg anlände tidigt på morgonen, och receptionen var otroligt vänlig, ordnade gratis tidig incheckning och frågade till och med om min avgångstid för att hjälpa till med en sen utcheckning. Eftersom jag inte hade kontanter accepterade de kreditkort för depositionen. Frukosten var riklig, och servicen i både rummen och restaurangen var utmärkt. Jag vill särskilt nämna tofflorna – de var otroligt bekväma! Rekommenderas starkt! Jag kommer definitivt att bo här igen!

It was great! We arrived very early ( before 7:30am ) and never expected our room ( superior room double queen ) to be ready. But indeed the night manager was there to extend a very warm welcome and served us drinks and damp towels to freshen up , then proposed to show us another room if we were interested so we had a choice. So he brought us to view both---the one we originally booked and a one bedroom apartment in another building that he thought we might want to see. We found the latter more spacious and brighter and the affable manager immediately offered us a complimentary upgrade even before we made our decision. So we eventually went for the apartment and within minutes all our suitcases were brought up. The nice apartment has a living room cum a dining area , and a small balcony. There is an open kitchen with complimentary snacks and drinks in the fridge, plus assorted tea sachets and coffee capsules. Fresh bottled water replenished daily and it were the little things they put after housekeeping left that made the stay extra comfy e.g. the little book mark placed on one of our books, or extra velcro ties for our cables and chargers casually lying around the desk. The main bathroom is spacious with all the toiletries daily replenished while there is a separate toilet at one end. In the living room there is a nook with a desk and stationery, plus all the cables and cords for any type of phones and gadgets. We never had to ask for iron and ironing board because they were already provided, placed inside the wardrobe. The safe was not functioning properly ---failed to lock when we first checked in, but soon they sent some technician up and got it fixed the next day. Bedding is starched white , very clean and very white. Air con is at a comfy temperature although it was over 44C when we were there it was never too uncomfortably chilly. Concierge is pleasant and helpful and UBER taxis are convenient. There is a Harrods cafe just down the hotel pathway, a rough 3-4 minutes walk , plus other restaurants, cafes and ice cream parlours in the area. There is a Chinese restaurant that is under MO that boasts the best Chinese cuisine in Doha. The Souq Waqif is within walking distance, but the place only comes alive after 5pm when the sun is less scorching. In the day time hardly a soul is found on the streets. People just flock to malls. There in the souq you can find rows and rows of shops selling herbs and perfumes, clothes and shoes, as well as restaurants, cafes , grocery stores and souvenir shops. MO Doha is in a safe area even after midnight because at night there are security guards stationed at almost all street corners where the streets all link up and lead you back to the hotel. Doha people are friendly and nice , and Doha is a very disciplined and safe place so there is no problem for anyone , or specifically women , to venture out on their own any time of the day or night. MO Doha certainly has top security at every entrance and exit , the hotel is very clean and comfortable albeit the shower could be a bit more powerful. All in all, I would not hesitate to stay there again.

We stayed at Al Najada for 7 days. The staff was very friendly and helpful, assisted us in every way we needed. Early check-in was not possible (we arrived at around 11am), but it didn’t sour our spirits. We booked a deluxe room, it was very spacious and came with a balcony, all amenities were included. Room was cleaned almost daily, at some point staff took one of the bathrobes and didn’t bring a clean one. Breakfast could’ve been better, in my opinion, food options were a bit limited, but, overall, still quite okay. You will not walk away hungry. The location is top notch! It’s right next to Souq Waqif, which is a traditional local market, there are lots of cafes/restaurants/shops there. There are 2 metro stations within the walking distance. Msheireb district (short walk away) was my personal favorite. Definitely will book this hotel next time I’m in Doha.

Hotellet är förmodligen den högsta byggnaden i gamla stan, till och med högre än Mandarin Oriental, i en mycket gammaldags miljö. Det erbjuder panoramautsikt över West Bay, en verkligt trevlig och lugn upplevelse. 3. Rumsfaciliteterna och bekvämligheterna är oklanderliga. Varje rum har minst fem tvålar, och de byts ut efter varje användning. Uppbäddningsservice är praktiskt taget en fullständig rumsstädning (de ber proaktivt om uppbäddningsservice). 4. Frukost är billigare när den köps offline; Ctrip erbjuder ingen prisfördel. Nackdelar: 1. Ctrips service och ingripande på utländska hotell är för begränsad, såsom uppgraderingar eller sen utcheckning. Hotell utomlands verkar inte uppskatta Ctrips tjänster, och jag uppskattade inte de extra fördelarna med att vara medlem. 1. Detta återspeglar nackdelarna med Ctrips plattform för hotellbokning utomlands; det är bättre att boka via Hyatts officiella webbplats. Förhoppningsvis kan Ctrip-teamet hitta sätt att förbättra sin konkurrenskraft. 2. Serviceinställningen hos en viss muslimsk kvinnlig receptionist som bar svart huvudduk var betydligt sämre än hos andra icke-muslimska eller manliga receptionister. Detta kan bero på kulturella skillnader; de verkade mycket likgiltiga och arroganta.

The hotel's location was a major highlight, situated in the heart of the business district. My room was spacious and very comfortable, ensuring restful nights. The fantastic views from the room added to the experience. Breakfast was enjoyable, offering a diverse selection of delicious food. The 24-hour gym was well-equipped and highly convenient.

The hotel is clean, however, we can smell some cigarette smoke in the room even though we requested for non- smoking room

We the SINGH family from the UK (consisting of me and my wife, along with 2 adult sons) stayed at Double Tree by Hilton Al Sadd Hotel in Doha, for 4 nights, during a recent multi country trip family holiday, and truly enjoyed the experience. The front security officers (eg. Moses, Jacob) were always happy, respectful and courteous in doing their jobs. The front desk staff (including Houssem, Krishna, Job, to name a few), were welcoming, efficient and helpful, and always called out or waved, and stopped for friendly chat. It was a great pleasure to actually meet with Renata who had been very proactive in answering all of my email questions prior to our booking with the hotel and assuring me that our pure vegetarian food requirements (ie. No meat, fish or eggs or dishes containing any of these items) for breakfast items would be fully met by the restaurant team. The restaurant team were absolutely fantastic. Mitzie welcomed us every morning into the restaurant for breakfast and always checked to ensure everything was ok, etc. Rony especially took care of all our dietary needs and always went above and beyond his role, and surprised us with at least one new item each morning, such as special healthy fruit power-shot or fruit juice or special dishes made to order and served us tea the way we like it. Chef’s Karan and Yousef made time to come and speak with us and offer other dishes. Basanta, Rhea and Nisha also looked after us very well and always stopped to offer advice on places to visit etc and discuss our plans for the day. Housekeeping staff (including Saibu, Jamuna, Horace, Sanjeev) were amazing and super friendly, and checked if we needed anything extra. Horace and Sanjeev surprised us several times with amazing art work of a lotus flower and pair of swans made from rolled towels - absolutely brilliant! So many special memories of this hotel and staff members, that we will treasure for a long time, and also captured on camera. A HUGE THANK YOU TO EVERYONE (I AM SURE I HAVE MISSED MANY NAMES), FOR MAKING OUR STAY SO AMAZING AND MEMORABLE. Another positive is that the hotel is very conveniently located for transport modes - taxi and metro station, and local shopping facilities and restaurants. We found a fabulous pure vegetarian Indian restaurant called Bhojan as well as a Tofu House only one street away - 5 minutes walk from the hotel.. So definitely 5 stars plus for this hotel, staff and its convenient location.
