"Let’s us start from the beginning of my entrance The bell service was welcoming and aided us in taking our luggage Upon my check in the receptionist was very respectful , welcoming , addressed our issues regarding the room with ease Once we reached our room faisal sulaiman from the bell service helped in delivering the bags , he was fun and made our night. During the breakfast time, an Arab lady that always stand infront of the dining room , I appreciated her that she remembered us and the table that we used to have our breakfast on , I was happy that the waiters pay attention to the details . Moreover , all the waiters were very helpful in aiding us with getting the food that we want , welcoming and smiling . I liked the atmosphere of the dining room , as if you are living in a palace !, Mr,Faizan was always asking about our health and how was our stay , he always made sure that our experience during the breakfast time was fantastic and to the upper limit . We received a hospitality by Mr.Turki from the reception , thank you for your generosity . While we checked out we asked the concierge for a golf car to drop us to via Riyadh they made sure that it arrives early , special thank to them . And during our last moment from our stay , the bell service were always that received us with a smile and farewell us with a smile . Thank you ritz Carlton for the experience"

"The rooms have been refurbished recently but the spa and fitness amenities are very dated and tired. They urgently need to be refurbished too as they don’t offer the comfort and luxury you would expect from Four Seasons. Service was mixed, some of the stuff was very attentive and other was just indifferent, so for us service was again not what we are used to by FS. We would recommend staying here only if you are on business trip because of the location."

"A flawless 5-star stay at Ramada by Wyndham Riyadh King Fahd Road. The hotel is elegant, impeccably clean, and stylishly designed. Staff were attentive and professional. My spacious room featured luxurious details and city views. Amenities like the gym, spa, and pool were excellent. Breakfast was fresh and varied. Highly recommended."
