Cozy comfort room indeed:) Room is compact but super comfy and sparkling clean ( no dust, no hair on the floor). Trust me, I already proved 😁 Staff : all staffs are so lively and lovely , they are willing give you any assistance. Breakfast : variery of nescessory choices , you can order by a la carte on your own choice with no limit number. Of course, they are all tasty. Lastly, i would admire their staff especially at restaurant for breakfast. They solve problem very very professional. I' m so impressive.

We had an unexpected emergency during our stay: our child was accidentally scalded by hot water in the restaurant. Manager KF reacted immediately and took incredible care of us. She calmly arranged a car to take us to the hospital, comforted our child throughout the whole process, and followed up closely to make sure we were okay. We were also touched by her thoughtful little gift for our child. Her kindness, professionalism and genuine care made a stressful situation so much easier for our family. We highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and heartfelt care.

Excellent stay with a beautiful sea view. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location is great and close to many restaurants and shopping areas. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rummet var rent och överlag tillfredsställande. Det fanns många sorters frukost, men de flesta av dem var västerländska eller ryska, vilket var lite nedslående, men totalt sett var det utsökt! Jag vet inte om det finns en separat inställd tid för smink, men jag fick inte smink, och handdukar och vatten på flaska tillhandahölls på begäran. Jag tänker besöka igen☺️

Ett bra hotell. Trevlig personal. Rummet är rent och mysigt, med möbler i naturträ och inget stadsbuller. Wi-Fi och luftkonditionering på rummet fungerar bra. Hårtork, duschgel, schampo, tandborstar, tandkräm, vattenkokare, koppar och kaffe finns. Vatten tillhandahålls dagligen. Poolen är ren och vacker. Den ligger på Tha Phraya Road, där songthaeos går, nära matstället. Havet ligger cirka 300 meter bort.

Was a nice hotel. Upon arrival it was hectic due to the amount of people checking in all at once, but overall was handled okay. Breakfast was included, but they need to work on this and have a bigger selection of food items. Basically, most items that should have been hot were cold. Was at a good location in Jomtiem. Is a bit far from Pattaya city, but not an issue and one can easily hop on and off the baht bus for 10 baht, or 20 baht for a longer journey into Pattaya city and Walking Street.

Hotellet har ett mycket bekvämt läge i centrala Pattaya, inom gångavstånd från Walking Street. Interiören är verkligen lite sliten och i behov av renovering. De flesta rummen har inte balkonger. Mitt rum hade balkong, men den var smutsig och täckt av fågelspillning; golven städades bara på städerskan begäran. Frukosten är bra, buffé. Personalen är mycket vänlig och hjälpsam. Poolen är stor, men alltid fullsatt. Det enda som förvånade mig var bristen på tandkrämskit. De tillhandahåller gel och schampo, men inga tandborstar eller tandkräm.
