"Hotellet ligger några kilometer från Patong centrum. Det går transferbussar till Jungceylon några gånger om dagen, men med långa intervaller, så vi hann aldrig använda dem. Utsikten från hotellet är fantastisk, poolen och takrestaurangen har underbar utsikt. Om du prioriterar utsikt är detta ett utmärkt val, och det är ett mycket fotogeniskt hotell. Dock, när havsbrisen blåser på natten, klapprar fönstren. Vårt rum låg dessutom nära vägen, så det var ganska bullrigt. Jag vet inte om det var specifikt för vårt rum eller om det är ett vanligt problem, men det drar ner betyget för den som är känslig för ljud vid sömn."

"Personalen är särskilt vänlig här, även för Thailand, vilket säger mycket eftersom thailändare tenderar att vara mycket vänliga.
Det är väldigt trevligt att ta en promenad i poolen och du kommer att kämpa för att hitta ett rum med tillgång till poolen för samma pris någon annanstans i Phuket. Restaurangen serverar utmärkt thailändsk mat. En välfylld minibar. Du måste skaffa taxiplatser eftersom Tuktuks inte fungerar i det här området. Jag förlängde vår vistelse här med ett par extra nätter."

"Location of the hotel was on top of a hill where you need to take a lift to go up to their lobby to check in
Bell service,receptionist and Fnb staff service was friendly.
We stay at a honeymoon suite where there is a big jacuzzi at the balcony with good privacy. They also provide a small bottle of shower gel for you to make up the bubble in the jacuzzi. Room was nicely decorated with rose petal and towel arts.
However, room amenities was very basic for a suite room. They only provide 2 bottle of drinking water and a pack of chips. It was too stingy for a guest that pay more than 5000 baht for 1 night stay. The next day I was staying in Amari Patong and their amenities are way better.
We take a room with a breakfast with a perception that this is a Gourmet hotel. However, it was a great disappointment. Breakfast was very basic and no variety."

"Hotellrummet är rymligt - överlägsen utsikt över trädgården fick 2 queen size-sängar per rum. Inte särskilt snyggt eftersom det uppgraderades från gammal design, men bekväm vistelse. Tvätttorkställ är också praktiskt, våra blöta kläder torkar snabbt med ställningen under solen.
Barnklubb, barnpool är ganska trevligt.
Maten på restaurangen Isla är mycket välsmakande, men måste vänta en hel del.
Här kommer nackdelen- köpte All-inclusive-paketet, men fick veta att en del av dagarna inte omfattas, var tvungen att ringa trip.com för att samordna och förtydliga. Under de efterföljande dagarna ombads vi flera gånger att betala för våra måltider och fick olika menyer att beställa. Det verkar som om hotellet inte är särskilt moget när det gäller att tillhandahålla all-inclusive-tjänster jämfört med andra operatörer, kommunikationen mellan personalen stökade lite... jag var tvungen att fortsätta visa inköpskupong för att förklara för olika personal.
Sammantaget var det en fantastisk vistelse, min familj trivdes mycket."

"The staff are very helpful. Service is excellent. Very convenient with free shuttle around Laguna area (can go different hotels too). Free shuttle (golf car?) even within the hotel from lobby to building. The swimming pool is huge and the spa is very good. That's our 2nd year staying here and will definitely come stay again next time."

"Rummet är lika snabbt som inrikes. Jag var tvungen att hinna med ett flyg de senaste två dagarna och jag bokade det relativt nyligen. Det är verkligen prisvärt när vädret är bra. Du måste ta med din egen filtrerade dusch. Det får håret att klia efter tvätt, men trots allt är priset på 500 fortfarande värt det. Det tar bara tio eller tjugo minuter att åka till Patong, och priset är 200 🐷 Det är fortfarande acceptabelt. Jag överväger att stanna en natt eller två nästa gång jag åker dit."

"Amazing resort with a beautiful design, the room is spacious, the breakfast is delicious. There are some different bars and restaurants on the property, a bit pricey though. I was travelling with an infant and there’s a playroom for kids and a playground but the thing that I really liked that it’s not full of kids, and if you don’t wanna see any kids, you can go to the pool for adults only.
The hotel is very close to the airport and they can organise airport transfer for 600batt per van. The beach is right across the narrow road from the hotel, it’s not that beautiful but it’s full of beach restaurants where you can enjoy sunsets while drinking a cocktail (something you can’t do in Kata or Karon because there are no beach bars or restaurants). I wanted to stay at this location because it’s closer to the port for taking a day trip to Similan islands, so I didn’t expect much from the beach but in the end I loved that location much better than Kata.
I would definitely come back again if I’m in Phuket. The service, the food, everything was 5 star"

"Thavorn gjorde ingen besviken. Om du letar efter en mycket avkopplande, lugn tillflyktsort är det här din plats. Personalen var enastående från att hälsa på oss när de checkade in till att servera drinkar i baren. De två restaurangerna erbjuder ett bra utbud av mat men du kommer att vilja gå av resorten då och då och deras skyttlar till Kamala och Patong är begränsade. Det finns en fantastisk thairestaurang en fem minuters promenad bort. Poolen är värt att stanna här ensam. Det är enormt och känns aldrig upptaget. Vi kommer tillbaka!"

"Ett hotell med tennistema med fullt av tennisinredning runt varje hörn. Läget är bra, med allt du behöver i närheten. Tenniscentret ligger precis intill där vi hade träning.
Fitnessen och poolen är lite små än jag tror, men ändå bra att använda. Hotellet är ganska nytt."

GGästanvändareRenaissance Phuket Resort and Spa was an amazing experience. The room is clean, comfortable and spacious with a wonderful plunge pool for those hot Thai afternoons. The hotel went over and beyond to accommodate us, we had a very late flight we were given a late check-out (19:00 pm) so that we could freshen up before heading to the airport. This was so appreciated and thoughtful. The spa was just as great. We had various treatments and all were beyond our expectations. I can’t wait to return on our next Phuket trip. The only location of the hotel is far away from the popular tourist spots, but this made it even better as the beach wasn’t crowded and had a more chilled vibe. It’s also much closer to the airport for easy transfers.

GGästanvändareI would like to say thank you for Noku for the birthday arrangements and also the kind service from the staff; I do not like complaining but I do have to raise up my issues as I do believe there can be massive improvements in the hotel and how they handle issues ($550USD for two night stay)
- I booked a HILL VILLA KING; I requested prior to arrival that I wanted a certain view and they replied we will try to the best of their availability (which is totally understandable)
- When I arrived the service was good and they were very kind and again I appreciated the birthday setup they did in the room
- After I checked in ROOM H11; which I saw was weird was there was 2 separate bed bases; and using common sense I thought why would a KING bed have 2 bed bases
- After trying to sleep at night I noticed that it was actually a 2 twin beds put together which explains the two separate bed bases; during the night the bed moved in the middle (with obvious two twin beds and the line in the middle) the bed sheets did not fit because it was two twins and they gave me two separate blankets (it was me and my girlfriend) so it is weird having two separate blankets
- I went to explain my situation to duty manager (AM is his name) he was very nice but very inexperienced I must say; I went to the front desk and I said “hi may I know what type of room I booked” then they said “king bed Hill Villa” I said perfect then I said I would like to speak to a manager (they knew what I was going to say)
- When AM came out he did not let me speak he just talked and said sir because you requested for a nicer view we gave you this room and because the king bed broke which is why we put two twins together. I asked if that is the case why did you not inform me at check in? He said oh we did not im so sorry; let me change your room for you and I will send a fruit plate as apology (TBH I don’t want a fruit plate I can easily get one for $2USD anywhere in Thailand) I said please I had lunch yesterday which was around $25USD pls waive that for me as courtesy and everything would be fine. AM replied of course that’s not a problem sir (I THOUGHT everything was resolved) not sure if he did not understand but I spoke slowly in English due to the language barrier
- We went to my new room at night and saw the fruit plate (thought it was a bonus) room was better and was a king bed which is what I wanted. I go to check out the following morning (I DID NOT HAVE TO) they do not take a deposit which is weird because I signed a lunch to my room so I could have just left. I met AM again and he showed me the map of the whole hotel; Pointed at H11 and you can clearly see that the room has two twin beds (So the BED was not broken they just put me in a twin bed combined into a King) He said yes lol not sure why because its not what he said yesterday that the King bed broke. Then he said oh sir you do have a lunch that you had to pay for (Yesterday he just said yes no problem I will take care) now I need to pay for it; I said did you not say you will take care of it he replied “sorry sir because this is another department” To me its one hotel; how you deal with costs internally is not my problem ( I WAS NOT GOING WRITE A REVIEW BUT AFTER THIS I HAD TO)
- Also just to add First day breakfast I asked for (ICE THAI COFFEE) they said they do not have and interesting as im in Thailand all hotels have this but it was fine; BUT the breakfast colleagues said at afternoon session they have so I said no problem! But one of the staff offered “sir tomorrow morning we can offer if you would like” I thought amazing that’s service; next day I went “SIR WE DO NOT HAVE THAI COFFEE” after the disappointments above I gave up and adding to the bill not being waived which is a fraction of the cost of the room I gave up
- All in all this hotel tries to be “high end” but there are many improvements that can be made

AAnonym användareHotellet är mycket stort, det är en utväg. Det finns totalt 5 byggnader Jag bor i byggnad 5, som ligger bredvid vägen. Det är lite bullrigt. ️Det verkar som om både kineser och ryssar är placerade i denna byggnad‼ ️
Incheckning kräver en deposition på 3 000 plantor eller motsvarande i utländsk valuta.
Den största poolen är inte mycket ren på grund av för många människor Rumsfaciliteterna är ganska bra och sängen är bekväm ~
Efter att ha checkat ut den sista dagen tog jag en genväg och gick ut från byggnad 3 till huvudentrén. Säkerhetsvakten stoppade mig och trodde att jag skulle gå därifrån utan att checka ut. Han var tvungen att ringa receptionen för att bekräfta ‼ ️‼ ️
Det är så äckligt att göra detta...Jag kommer inte att stanna här igen nästa gång Mitt ursprungligen goda humör förstördes av honom.

Reasonably close from the airport, nice welcoming check in before taking a speedboat to the island. It’s a private resort which felt nice and quiet. It’s also kids friendly. Breakfast & Thai restaurant were amazing, we didn’t try the other ones.
Anyway it was perfect and definitely would love to come back without kids

AAnonym användareWe stayed for 3 nights and moved 3 times.
The first one was for changed in location. We were given a room next to a construction. It was dusty and there’s smell of paint. The second one, there were all kinds of smudges, spots and streaks on the walls — yellow, brown and white. Hair of various colors were all over the place. I found a round wound plaster I think sticking to the handle of the shower area. I asked them to clean the room while we’re there to which they responded to immediately. The transfer would have to be down by you without assistance, by the way. Oh and there’s no one to help you take up your luggages. Nonetheless, some trolleys that look a lot like the one for supermarkets are there, on standby, for your convenience. Watch out for this especially when there are children involved, PWD and etc. Some rooms especially on the ground floor I saw had steps in almost random places. Anyhow, we were quite comfortable after our second move. In the morning, the breakfast buffet area was overwhelming. There was an event running right next to the restaurant. Being first timers, you would really need to find your way through the maze of people and activities all happening at the same time. Incidentally that morning it was raining hard as well. There were all sorts leaks. It made a lot of mess especially on the floor. You need to set your table. Think of a food hall at the mall, this is generally the system. Prepare for a long line ahead of you at the 2 coffee stations. That morning, the team was able to manage it in my opinion. Service was courteous and friendly. The food was okay. Highlight for me would be the excellent choice of fruits — good quality, plus the pancake. The egg station was outside, unfortunately with the rain, it was quite a feat to get much beloved eggs. The roof was leaking in many parts in this area too. It wasn’t the most hygienic. A soup station is next to it. No A/C in the restaurant too. Old displays for cheese and salad. It reminded me of the grocery stores I went to with my family as a child. Aside from those two I have mentioned, the rest would be far from what you could expect from a 5-star. At this point, I’m still trying to place the hotel. But it’s surely not 5-star luxury. In fact, it helped so much when I reduced the expectation.
There are many places to be explored outside. The sidewalks are observed — truly helps to explore the place in peace with a child in tow. Ours was at the plaza nearby. This was truly enjoyable. It’s just on a tiny part on one side of the road where we missed the side walk. There was a big parking lot that helped us. Though a concern (for us) of course is exposure to smoking, some were doing so while they wait in the car and etc. At least in our rooms, upon entering there’s a tiny bit of elevation. Prepare to power through all your belongings with wheels up this step.
The interior of the room in actual is many steps down vs the photos. No toothbrush and toothpaste.
The toilet bowl has a consistent yellow buildup just above the tip of the water. I think it’s the water in Phuket. I hope it’s just the water. But given the experience at the on set with the cleanliness issue, it could likely be a different story. There’s bidet if this is important for you. There’s no cleaning/make up room everyday I was informed.
There’s a last move for us because our room window had to be locked.
On our last day, it was raining the whole morning. There’s water on the floor in our room. I thought my child made a mess. Upon closer look, the floor was leaking. The tiles were squeezed as we walked. This is a first time for me but not surprising given our experience from the start. Before we finally left, we were asked for our experience, I told the lady at the checkout counter about this finale. She surely apologized for it and she offered the sweetest smile.
Deposit of 3K Baht for us for a 3-night stay. The change was returned during the checkout.

Almost all staffs were distant and did not give out a five star hotel kind of services. Birthday arrangement was honored, thank you to the team. The pool was very nice and the activities were varied. Please retrain the staffs to reach the quality of a 5-star hotel

GGästanvändareWe had a perfect stay from check in to check out. Lovely Petch at the front desk helped us to upgrade our room to better suit our family of 3. All food we ate at the restaurant and cafes were delicious. Our daughter felt a little ill for one day and missed breakfast the nice staff at breakfast remembered and asked how she was feeling the next day.
The pools were delightful and the spa was spectacular. I went twice to the spa and my husband once. We enjoyed the band duo serenading us one evening in the Andaman Lounge. Would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone.

PP CurrallThoroughly enjoyed our time at My Beach Resort.
We stayed for four nights in late July and the weather was great, much calmer sea than the west side of the peninsula at our previous hotel at Nai Harn. We booked a Premier Sea View Double Room with breakfast. Although our room was located toward the rear of the property and not particularly high up, the view was still fantastic and the balcony was big enough for two people to do yoga. The hotel is built on a hillside, so room locations are a bit unconventional. When booking, it’s worth looking carefully at the options—some of the first-floor pool access rooms don’t have a sea view, while others that do can feel less private, as the shared pool runs directly in front and other guests may be swimming or passing by. This isn’t necessarily a negative—some guests may enjoy the convenience—but it’s something to consider depending on your preferences. The resort offers a wide variety of room types, so it’s worth checking the layout before choosing.
Our room was spacious and beautifully furnished with quality wooden furniture, a very comfortable bed, and a spacious walk-in shower. The oversized rain shower head was absolute bliss after a hot day. Everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained throughout our stay.
The hotel sits right on the beach, offering stunning views. However, during high tide the beach can disappear, and on some days there was quite a bit of rubbish washed ashore. The staff clean it up regularly, but it’s something to be aware of—especially if you’re planning to swim. Best to wait for calm, clear days. That said, the infinity pool by the beach is excellent and makes up for limited sea access. There’s also free water sports equipment available, including a canoe and a water bike, so you can still venture out.
Breakfast was very good, with plenty of variety and fresh options. We also loved everything we ordered from the à la carte restaurant—the pizza, in particular, was excellent, as were the Thai curries. The café is another highlight, with a great selection of cakes and a creative coffee menu. All the food and drink we tried were top-notch. Prices are somewhat higher than nearby restaurants, but we felt it was worth it for the quality, convenience, service, and of course magnificent views! That said, there are several good dining spots just a short walk away if you prefer to explore.
Walking along this stretch of beach, we passed a couple more restaurants, but My Beach Resort felt like the most lively and inviting property in the area. On the far side of the cove is Ao Yon Beach, which is beautiful, clean, and much more suitable for swimming. It’s easily walkable, giving you more beach options depending on the weather and tides.
The gym is small but functional, with a view of the ocean and enough equipment for a basic workout—free weights, cardio machines, and some space to stretch.
Lastly, the service throughout the resort was excellent. Staff were warm and attentive. We felt well looked after the whole time.
Overall, very glad we chose to stay here and would definitely return.

Turen upp och ner för berget tar snabbt inte mer än 5 minuter. När du kommer tillbaka till hotellet och ska upp på berget kan du bara sätta dig på bussen och rapportera riktnummer när du ser det. Tjänsten är inte särskilt entusiastisk, men eventuella frågor kommer att behandlas, lösas och besvaras. Det kan vara lite obekvämt om du inte pratar engelska alls. Hur som helst, min son är väldigt nöjd med att bo här till det här priset.
