The overall stay was amazing, the location and hotel view is very nice. The staff was too friendly and helpful and taking care about all details.Breakfast and food so tasty. I highly recommended and for sure will come back. Especial thanks for the reception staff and for Nabil who help us as well during our stay.

Loved the hotel, modern, clean, friendly staff, speak good English and nice selection of food. Great drink options by the beach and free ice lolly’s all day! Love the extra of bringing a lunch option down to the beach to save going to the restaurant. They messed up our room booking on our check in night. Saying they have upgraded us to a family room which is pointless for a couple. We lost the sea view & lounge access that night. Next night we got our room back. Please don’t upgrade your guests unless you can offer them their original booked room still. This wasted time for us. The valet also reversed our hire car into the wall with damage. They didn’t notify or tell us. It was only pure luck that we noticed it and they took full responsibility. Overall this wasted another evening of sorting this out and saw it to our shock going out for dinner. Very dishonest from the hotel to not notify your guests! Management managed this issue well. However food and drinks service could be quicker, my expectations from a 5* hotel is higher and unfortunately this isn’t a 5* hotel but great stay for 6nights….minus the issues!

Отель расположен на самом краю полуострова, в дали от городских развлечений. Ехать от аэропорта от часа до 2 (в зависимости от пробок). В отеле есть все: начиная от фитнеса, заканчивая футбольным полем. Теннис, настольный теннис, бильярд, пляжный волейбол, детская площадка - все это бесплатные развлечения. Плюс на территории еще есть боулинг, спа, магазины и много другое. Питание шикарное, голодным не останешься. Особенно понравились блюда на гриле - мясо и дорада. Вечером в ресторане играет живая музыка, далее представления и дискотека до 24:00. Все номера выходят в сторону моря. Единственный минус - это лифты, их маловато и иногда приходится долго ждать.

Летали с мамой. С 13-18. Были в разных отелях. Этот 18+ . Без детей, что дает расслабление. Много Активити. (Спорт, йога). Берите все включено. Отель однозначно 5* Вкусный ресторан на пляже, ходите на ланч сюда. Вкусно почти что все. Завтраки, ужин общий ресторан- многообразие обещает быть. Есть ресторан а ля карт, туда вы можете сходить один раз. Вроде было вкусно, мы не очень запомнили) фри алкоголь, дает о себе знать. Отель классный. Маме тоже понравился. Были до этого в других отелях. Этот топ. Еще играет Dj. Я тут даже почти что ничего не снимала для инстаграм. И берите таблетки для переваривания пищи и от похмелья!)))

總的來説，不會再去 設施：房間的空調給各位點參考意見：要吹熱風得開冷空調，很無語😓找的staff來看為什麼不暖，結果他説要開冷風才是吹熱風。希望給後來住的一點意見 衞生：早餐很難吃，選擇也少，不知道是不是住客少，很多加熱上面都空着，不符合酒店定位，不如民宿，還有蒼蠅。 環境：房間不大，晚上到的，看不到海，在半山腰。性價比不高，我覺得比想象中差了點。 服務：沒有人幫忙拿行李，前台英文也不好

The room is quite spacious, well-designed and smell nice. The staffs at the hotel were very friendly and always asked if everything’s okay. However, I still felt like the hotel wasn’t fully ready for the customers. The breakfast option is only Turkish breakfast with eggs. If you plan to stay for 4 days or more, you’ll definitely get tired of it even though I liked the cheese plates with honeycombs so much. I wish the hotel add some more options for guests. Also, the hotel is quite far from everything if you take a taxi to the marina, it would be quite pricy unless you go with a big group of people and no place to eat, only at the hotel restaurant which is super pricey. But, it will be nice if you want to escape the crowd as it was really peaceful. The beach was clean and the water was crystal clear which is a plus. The worst part was just a slow service and they always forgot to put bottle of water every time they cleaned my room and I always had to ask for it ,so on our last night, we didn’t ask cause it was to tiring to just keep asking for water. Moreover, the water is only complimentary two bottles per day which was very weird for the 5 stars hotel.

Resepsiyonda Caner ismindeki arkadaş 4 aylık kızım ve eşim ile engelli odasına almaya çalıştı. Engelli odası dedikleri oda normalden daha özel olması gerekirken depodan bozma, rutubet kokan, oteldeki en sesli ve gürültülü alanın tam ortasında ve toplama kampı gibi bir oda. Bebek bakım odasına kapı çalmadan girmeye çalışan çalışanlar var. Onun dışında otelin konumu ve hizmet güzel. Ana bina ve deniz arası uzak.

Расположение отеля очень понравилось. Своя бухта с песчаным пляжем и песчаным дном, очень чистая вода. До прогулочных улиц совсем близко пешком, только есть подъем на пути к гостинице. В целом, отель, при нынешних ценах в Турции-стоит рассмотреть. Шведский стол не самый шикарный, но и голодным не останетесь.

Staff very helpful and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The overnight staff at the front desk and restaurant had an incredible sense of service and customer support. The property was sad, bathroom stank of backflow, many parts of the property were broken. The defense from the staff was that it was low season (winter) but if low season is like that I wonder how bad summer will be. It feels like a property that a uber rich Qatari sheikh bought and then asked to make it look like Santorini. Gaudy interiors of the room but lacking basic requirements.
