Great stay! The room was clean and it’s in a great location. The staff was nice too!

Quick trip away front home. Great customer service!! The location is perfect for family dining and shopping!!

I’ve been calling and emailing for almost a month trying to get the manager to assist me with booking rooms for a business trip. They will not answer calls or emails. They are losing business due to their lack of communication. This hotel was great when it was the Comfort Suites, it will not be there long unless better management and communication skills incorporated.

Good breakfast and the breakfast matron was a go-getter. Good front desk staff. Rooms were getting worn down some with broken fixtures and marred up chairs and furniture. Cleaning staff could keep up a little better in the halls and front foyer. Rooms were clean enough. Almost on the Miss. State campus. I felt secure here and my vehicle as well. 7 out of 10 on a 10 point scale for the stay. 4 of 5 on this one because of the breakfast matron. I'd stay again. Improvement photos below.

Meeting family we came a couple of days early to relax by the pool. However, the pool was brown and closed. It was closed two and a half days. Housekeeping failed to leave towels two mornings. We had to ask. The toilet in our room rocked as well as the toilet in our other party members’ bathroom. Only of the lights in the bathroom was out. There was not exhaust fan. The saving grace was the friendly front desk staff as well as the kitchen lady. Had they been rude, we would have check out.

The sleeping room was shabby..stains on the carpet. Furniture was worned signs of wear and tear and very outdated, there were dark spots of some sort around the baseboards in the bathroom. The fitness room was unspeakable.. equipment was rusty and minimal, didn't appear to have been cleaned in while. On a positive note..the free breakfast was decent and the bed sleeps comfortably.

The hotel needs to be updated. The carpet in our room was stained/worn out. The freezer part of the mini-fridge was so covered in ice you couldn’t use it, which I believe contributed to it not cooling properly. The bathroom had hair on floor and in tub, mold spot on ceiling of shower, tub did not drain well at all. I did not complain or report any of this as it was a busy ‘orientation’ weekend for MS State and everywhere was filled to capacity. Saying all this… I will say the employees encountered were exceptionally kind and friendly. The two front desk clerks, Katherine and Taylor, were incredibly nice and helpful. The breakfast was as expected, dining room was clean and older female employee taking care of breakfast was constantly refilling the food and cleaning. The employees are definitely this hotels saving grace. They made the stay bearable. Comfort Suites is a name I trust and a brand I regularly stay with, however, I will not stay at this location again unless, of course, I wait until the last minute again.

Words can't express my stay there by far has been the best for us we stayed last night staff and room were great room clean bed was great shower was wonderful we love this place they also have room with hot tub and king bed we make it a point to stay there breakfast was great lady the re is very welcoming and food was great

Clean and comfortable. Perfect for the trip we were on. Not particularly fancy but quite nice and I was pleasantly pleased. Service was friendly and helpful. Room was plenty perfect for a good night sleep
