Strange smell in the room, unclear where to check in, wasn't aware it was a building under construction, door didn't unlock easily (had to unlock it around 20 times and then force the door open)

Upon arrival, the property was evidently under construction which wasn’t a bad thing…actually a good thing as improvements were under way. The buildings lacked adequate Signage on where to enter it. It was not obvious. To my knowledge there was no elevator. Room was clean w/ several amenities such as a stove top, long counter, apt size refrigerator, desk/chair, tv/monitor, towels, soaps… However the 1 negative that drives my “average” assessment is due to the hot water faucet seemingly was broken. When turning it just spun without tension so the faucet would not open. I called the front desk to report it. I could not take a warm shower! After hanging up I went back in to try it again. I got it to work but I had to angle the faucet in addition to using a fair amount of strength to open it. This is the other reason for my average/poor assessment of the property. Respectfully, JP

I have never stayed at a place so dirty in my life the fridge had mold, the bathtub probably had not been cleaned in months. I went to a truck stop to have a shower. The floor was so dirty I keep my shoes on. The doors to the office have a chain on it, with a sign to check in at another hotel. I think this is the kind of hotel you could rent by the hour. I can’t believe ******* has a hotel listed like this. So so disappointing, and gross.
