This lakefront property is located on a tall bluff overlooking the widest part of Kentucky Lake where the Tennessee River merges with the Big Sandy River. You will see the Big Sandy Wildlife Refuge across the lake to the West. You will see Paris Landing State Park Lodge 4.0 ⁸miles across the lake to the north. Your view of Tennessee River traffic is unimpeded for a 12 mile stretch of the river channel. You will enjoy watching sail boats, lots of barges, cabin cruisers, fishing tournaments, cargo ships, and river cruise boats. The wind currents caused by the bluff next to the lake result in the perfect location to watch the eagles soar looking for their next meal.
