Friendly B&B with lovely rooms. Great breakfast. Very close to busy main road. Not good if you are a light sleeper. No shampoo or soap provided. Hosts had tele on loud until after 11 p.m. underneath one of the guest rooms.

Looked for a b&b in the outskirts of Stirling to get quickly back to Edinburgh the day after. Found this little b&b, pictures looked good and rating on *********** was a 9. But when we got there and got inside the house, we couldn’t wait for the night to be over. The smell in the house was disgusting, it was a bit better in our room - but still not pleasant. The smell is stuck in the walls/the carpet, so a refurbish is needed ö. They offered breakfast for 10£ extra per person, but we declined and got out as quickly as we could. Price for the room was 75£ through *********** and was fine although i wouldn’t pay it if I knew about the smell.
