Disappointing. Booking 2 rooms on the app proved difficult. I contacted the telephone line on the Saturday lunchtime to be told this was closed, no alternative number was given. Going back on the app the room price was doubled. I needed to stay in this area as part of an onwards trip the following day so I grudgingly booked it. Of the 2 rooms, ours, 111 had a mould problem, likely under the bath. My wife had to take allergy tablets. Local staff, emails, texts and 'official messenger ' channels result in lots of apologies but nothing more. Although scammers started chasing through the fb post. Previously with both Business and Leisure I have trusted this brand for a good night's sleep and great service. Unfortunately no more. This review is the result of an automated 'how did we do?'
