Personalen var trevlig och vänlig nog. Vi fick rummet relativt tidigt eftersom det var klart vilket vi uppskattade mycket. Hotellets läge är utmärkt med tunnelbana, stormarknader, butiker och bra restauranger inom nära gångavstånd. Vi njöt av den inkluderade frukosten som var av god sort och kvalitet. Sammantaget nöjd med vistelsen mycket anständigt värde.

Utmärkt läge men rumstyp och bekvämligheter var subpar, särskilt för priset.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family, hoping for a relaxing break. However, our experience was far from what we expected. Upon check-in, there was no mention of any building works taking place. It wasn’t until later that we noticed a small sign in the hotel lift, casually mentioning that disturbances might occur between 9 AM and 5 PM from Monday to Friday. Unfortunately, this warning was not only insufficient but also inaccurate. We were rudely awakened at 7:15 AM by loud drilling, far earlier than the supposed start time. When we went down for breakfast, we were shocked to find that the building work had already begun, well before 9 AM too. The noise and disruption made it impossible to enjoy and certainly not a relaxing start to the day. The coffee was dreadful, as another reviewer had mentioned, and the breakfast experience was further marred by the staff’s lack of attention. If you are lucky enough to have your table wiped, don’t expect it to be done with a clean cloth or any cleaning products. Rooms shabby, location however is good. The situation worsened after we checked out. Despite having prepaid for our stay through Trip.com, we were charged again on our credit card for the entire stay, 24 hours after departure. This has resulted in the hassle of trying to get the hotel to refund us from overseas and we’ve had to engage our credit card company to assist with the dispute. While Trip.com has done their best to secure compensation for the building work disruption, the hotel has been utterly uncooperative occurring to trip.com seniors. Adding insult to injury, we didn’t even receive a goodbye when we checked out—just a lacklustre experience from start to finish. This hotel is part of a large chain it seems, but it’s clear that they are not customer-focused at all. I would strongly advise reconsidering whether they deserve your money. There are plenty of other places that understand the basics of hospitality….. improvements needed!

Excellent location, lots of pubs and supermarket, shopping mall nearby, in the center of sodermalm, excellent service, staff was very polite and helpful, they really deserve appreciation. overall amazing experience, will definitely recommend this place.

Stayed here several times before and I arrived quiet early this time, luckily I could already checkin early. Great hotel, but wooden floor in the hotel rooms are a bit worn. Other then that the hotel is clean and staff friendly.

Overrated hotel, expensive price to compare with the services. No toothbrush slippers. Same soap for you hande, body and hair.

Located on the island in the older district of Stockholm. Near to the commuter train station that took me to Uppsala. Has lots of food outlets nearby. Did not spend time at the shops. Otherwise clean and nice hotel on the Main Street.

Good Location and Decent Price

very service minded, we got upgraded since we told them that it was our honey moon. great gesture. Good breakfast with many gluten free alternatives. didn't like the coffe flavour, not my kind of cup of tea, so to speak

조식 무조건 드세요.. 인생 오믈렛을 호텔 조식으로 먹다니 ㅋㅋㅋ 위치도 너무 좋고 오믈렛 먹으러 또 가고 싶을 지경이에요

Très bon hôtel, situé a côté du centre juste Stockholm. Chambre jolie. Métro juste a côté de l hôtel. Personnel sympathique et réactif ! Et petit déjeuner super bon et copieux

Trevlig personal och bra service. Frukosten var till belåtenhet, finns både varm och kall.Skön säng att sova i. Många krogar att välja på. Nära till allt på söder.
