This is a Premier Inn and you get what you usual get with the brand. Clean and comfortable. Nice pub food next door. Convenient location just off the A66. Friendly and helpful staff.

the lady on reception at night when I arrived her name was Ali,she couldn't do enough to help me get settled,from the moment I walked in she was there welcoming me in the hotel asking how my journey was etc really made me feel welcome 5 star rating

Short and sweet loved the service given by the two ladies at your Preston Farm hotel. Jay and Laura were fabulous both went the extra mile to make our stay a superb one. Brilliant experience because of these two lovely ladies 😊👍💙 Thank you 😊👍💙

Stayed here for work, had a lovely stay rooms are clean and the welcoming check in from Tory was amazing. She’s so lovely and professional. Really made the stay, she couldn’t do enough for us. So Thank you! Food in the restaurant was lovely too.

Not the most modern premier inn, though they do have work going on so hopefully will see some improvement, however it was definitely the most friendliest, Troy, who was managing reception was so lovely and incredibly friendly, because of her I would recommend.

Stayed on Christmas day evening Staff were friendly and polite. They gave children a present. Room was spacious. Only issue was breakfast was missing some items due to delivery issues and we still paid same price. There was no decaf coffee available.

Lovely comfortable bed, plenty of good pillows, drink making facilities, clean, good sized room, excellent value for money and got a good night's sleep. The checking in reception desk staff was really lovely, good information shared and very helpful. Would stay there again.

We had a massive party of 30 people stay here and have to say the staff at reception when we arrived late at night did a great job beds were great pillows not so much and the water pressure wasn't that great but still had a good time, shame about the brewers fayre, breakfast was great dinner not so much. The comment from my youngest "I think they have battered a rubber fish" my lasagne was tasteless and watery thank god I ordered fries. The food was bad but a 2 hour wait for our food was mental.

Lara was the best. Good service and easy check in. Room was clean for an older hotel. 5* service from Laura.she deserves a pay rise. Charlotte was lovely too. Thank you for WOWing on check in with chocolate. I will be back again and will ensure my work book this hotel and not any others
