とにかく、ロケーションが良いんです…ショッピングセンターまで、数分で、前には、ウィローという素敵なレストランもあります。

Lovely premier plus room.. Excellent check in by will. Room was very good , plenty of sockets . Nespresso machine , Green and Blacks chocolate . Friendly staff. Lovely breakfast . Parking free and plenty of it . Close to shops and attractions.

The staff really need to step up a bit here. They aren’t very pleasant at all. Service is just bad. The food is pretty poor as well. The meal deal is only good value if the food is actually pleasant and it wasn’t that nice at all. Breakfast was a buffet affair that wasn’t well stocked and wasn’t very clean. The room is actually quite good with nice bedding and comfortable. Only spoiled by people smoking outside the room window and chatting loudly despite there being no smoking signs on the walls out there. Excellent location.

Excellent rooms and conveniently located next to Trentham Gardens. Ideal for those wanting a relaxing walk enjoying the wildlife in the summer. Apparently there are beavers that can be seen. Not been lucky enough to see one yet. The staff are great and make your stay so much better. Shout out to Kirsty who is an absolute star and so customer focused. She really makes you feel welcome and important.

Clean, modern, comfortable room with a large walk in shower. We have 2 rooms, 1 with a double and 1 with twin for our adult children. We booked because it was 35 mins for alton towers. Free parking and meal deal was good. 2 course meal and breakfast buffet in the morning. I can't remember the price but think it was about 20% off. All the food was yummy.

Great please to stay new refurbished rooms very clean and tidy with everything you need. Great buffet breakfast with loads to choose from. Excellent evening meal with fantastic service. Friendly staff and very accommodating. I will definitely be stopping here again.

The staff behind the bar a very helpful and friendly. The food was amazing for both breakfast and dinner. Charlie and kirsty were great at checking me in and taking my order at dinner. The rooms are much better after the refurbishment. I would highly recommended

We were checked in quickly by a male member of staff. We were given all the information we needed for where our rooms were and the breakfast times. Rooms look beautiful after the refurbishment. Staff couldnt of been more helpful with anyyhing we needed

A decent hotel that is more than comfortable for a night or two while in the area. Bedroom was well equipped, comfortable bed and additional pillows available if you needed them. Staff were mostly friendly. Service at breakfast was the only real let down here.
