The cottage sleeps 4; No Exceptions. There is a 2 night minimum stay and 3 night minimum for Holiday Weekends. Guest access; Boat dock to tie your boat (Electric lift not available), Waterfront Upper Deck with a fantastic view, Fire Ring (Firewood Not Provided), Gas Grill (gas provided), Large Yard to enjoy with plenty of seating. Please, no pets, tents, RV's or campers on.the property. Many attractions are available within 30 minutes of the cottage. Activities and attractions include; Summertime Rental (walking distance) for Pontoon, Kayak and Paddle Board rentals. Fishing, Swimming, Boating, Water-skiing, Tubing, Kayaking/Canoeing, Biking, Hiking, Snowmobiling, Hunting, Roller Skating, Bowling, Putt-putt golf, Go Kart Track, Within 30 minutes of the lake; Golfing, Horseback riding, Snow Skiing at Mad River Mountain, Ohio Cavern tours, Neil Armstrong Museum Shopping; Antique, Flea Market, Unique local shops, Local Breweries.
