Stayed here for a duathlon. The people and city are great...the hotel not so much. Walked onto the floor and was immediately greeted by a huge floor fan. The humidity and dampness were overwhelming. Room was not any better. We had booked a refurnished king room. The beds were comfortable - despite the dampness - so perhaps those were new. The bathroom shower rod was barely connected and it leaked. We survived but this hotel needs some updating.

Cozy rooms. Very clean. The staff is very nice. Staff also named best locations to eat and things to do around the area. Mary and Bruce are very helpful. I’ll be back to stay. Showers are very hot. Breakfast was fresh and filling. They have a variety of things you can munch on the go or stay and eat.

The staff is always very helpful, I just love Mary,Chyane, Agi, and Corey all go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable during your stay with them. The owner Bruce is very nice and helpful. The continental breakfast is the best in town, the rooms are clean and comfortable. I will always stay here while in Storm Lake IA.

Staff is good, room was clean and kept so. Cookies! I require more than 1 wash cloth at a time. Solid parking arrangement. Boot brushes are good. Hot water ran out, hotel was full and I got done working late.

It was a decent place to sleep. The breakfast was edible. Don’t know what more you want me to say. The temperature of the room was too cold and the bedding was not warm enough and it was noisy and I won’t likely stay here again blah blah blah enough said?

The local was nice not too far from Walmart. The desk clerk gave us a doggie bag for the dog. The doggie bag included a toy. the breakfast was wonderful. The manager was very polite mr only. We will be coming back when we come back to storm lake

Room was clean. Most things worked OKAY. The hair dryer did not work …there was a small refrigerator and microwave. We could not figure out how to use the TV streaming service. The breakfast service was lacking…just bread , no bagels or muffins…had to ask for hot cups. We’ve stayed there before and it was better

We stayed here from Fri to Sun. Decided to go with the King Suite w/ Balcony. Pool was closed again!. Front desk was awesome, but the condition of the hotel is not good, not very clean. Had a few spots that had spider webs. A friend recommended this hotel to us I decided to give this a try and was not happy with the stay. I did get ahold of front desk Fri for a issue I had and Issue never got addressed. The small sofa cushion had so much dirt/crumbs underneath it.

They could of mentioned there pool was not working . Asking for discounr, haven't heard back . Didn't try breakfast. Room was ok little outdated. Great location and great parking. And very quiet.
