We stayed here for 1 night at the start of March as we were celebrating our engagement party at a venue close by. We were greeted by Maz, the lovely lady on reception who was just brilliant. She informed me and my mom the lift was out of order and we had 2nd and 3rd story rooms but upon telling her I was pregnant very quickly located us rooms on the bottom floor close together which was really really helpful. Maz couldn’t do enough to help and sorted my partner out with his keycard when he arrived so I didn’t need to leave the room. Upon arriving back from our party we had received a lovely card and a box of shortbread from Maz with her wishing us a lovely night. Extra touches like that seem simple but actually mean the most, me, my partner and my mom were so greatful. If we’re ever in the area and staying again I’d hope it was Maz on reception again :)

Maz on reception was really helpful and welcoming ! She was also very efficient and sorted out room very swiftly . Convenient restaurant on site . Easy parking and comfortable clean room . Good facilities Extra pillows & towels were welcome Good supply of tea & coffee, sugar, sweeteners

Love the breakfast in the mornings and Rachel and steph always help wherever they can to make sure I have best stay The food I always good expecially the hash browns I can't get enough of them or the pancakes with the maple syrup Also the juice is always ice cold which is the best

Went for dinner at the restaurant while staying at the hotel. Ellie who served our table was great. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and gave us great recommendations. Food and drinks were great. Ellie is a credit to the business and should be highly rewarded.

Have been staying in this Premier Inn for months for work and always come back for the friendly staff and decent rooms. Plenty of parking in a good location to many restaurants and pubs. One of the Better Premier Inns I have been to. Need to bring back the Birra Morreti however.

The rooms are clean and tidy. Always up to cleanliness. Harleen, Ellie and the rest of the staff are always great and a pleasure weather in the restaurant or the hotel itself for the last 12 months that I've stayed at the hotel. The only disappointment would be that a the beer Morretti has been off tap for the last couple of months, but this isn't the fault of the staff.

Been staying here a while, the Premier Inn is clean, tidy and the staff are friendly. Both Ellie and Harleen are a great pair in the restaurant, always smiling and helpful when we have eaten in the restaurant. Rachel has looked after us when she has been on breakfast and cooking in the kitchen.

Great, easy going, great service when not busy. Was served by Ellie, attentive and helpful, pleasure at dinner service. Location good,parking good and staff on hand and helpful. Would stay again.... Free Internet. No problems, will call again
